STATUTORY WARNING - beware of the CHILLER BILL... Main minus of this building they ripp you off with their personal chiller bill apart from regular monthly DEWA.... IF you complain theres no use the manager is very rude hell ask you to leave the premises if you have a problem with their terms...... The building is stylish .... View is awesome if you are on manazar Beach side....building maintenance is quiet good...... However Sound proofing of flats is bad you can hear next apartment noises in your house.... This is purely based on my 4 year staying experience..... Wish the owners know how the building management treats clients

We were tenants for 5 years and we loved this tower with the flat and all the facilities we had. The finishing of the building is super and rooms are cosy. Their only problem is the management who should be more understanding and flexible and avoid the tuff way in dealing with people. I still give this tower 5 stars because of the good memories we had.
