We just rented a property in MM TOWERS at DSO.I have really impressed with the professional service and responsiveness from Zaineb and team.💐Well maintained swimming pool, gym,basement parking, kids play area and supermarket is available .Very easy entry and exit .High quality fittings and tiles are used in kitchen and washrooms..Hats off to the Proud Owner of this Premium tower.👍Building maintainece is phenomenal ..They have completed the needed repairs quickly while being very proactive in communicating with us.One of the Best tower in DSO.Easy to contact!! The building is very clean, well manned and the technicians are always available and quite fast. The Management is always reachable through WhatsApp (Zainab most of times), theyre easy to talk to and they usually act professionally and quickly. All facilities are properly maintained and the security staff is really friendly and helpful.

My husband and I rate this the best apartment building in Silicon Oasis. The management always go the extra mile to be helpful and accommodate your needs, special thank you to Ms. Zainab for all of your efforts. It has two gyms, two pools, underground parking. Highly recommended.

Super helpful management, amazing area, everything arrives quickly (grocery, food etc) Grandiose supermarket under the building, even the smell of the building is so homey, and the securities are very nice and attentive to details. Perfect place to live! All my friends are jealous of my stories, and according to them, how good it’s managed its “unreal” so thanks Mm tower team 🥰

Update on my previous review :Dear MM tower management team,Happy to see your reply and constant effort to bring up the review .our renewal comes in the month of June. As everyone knows ,in 2020 June , most of us left with no choice other than renewing the contract because of Covid pandemic.This is a genuine review with my last 2 years experience in MM tower.we were one of the first tenants in MM tower because of its fancy look even though it doesnt worth the rent amount.I see lot of good reviews written by the management team, which shows the effort they are trying to bring up the review. Lot of maintenance issues , so we had to allow maintenance staff every other day even during pandemic which is very difficult when we stay with kids.Not at all recommended, u will have many other options in DSO.

I’m living in the UAE for the past 42 years, and I would recommend this building for any one looking for a flat at silicon oasis not only because of the building itself which is very nice with excellent facilities but the main issue here is the building facility management headed by Ms. Zainab a very committed, devoted and very helpful which makes all the difference.

Im amazed with security and the flat qualitys,at the first look,you will understand that they didnt use cheap quality materials in the tower and the management was superb,the way they thread is excellentLove the gym too,almost machines and equipments are thereAnd this is my third year Im living here with no issuesThank you mm towers

We just moved on and its quiet impressive how things are handled in MM Tower. We had a space issue in our kitchen and Ms. Zainab put her Magic on along with the great maintenance team and sorted it out in 2 days!!! Thank you very much for your professionalism!!! The most pathetic experience faced in our history of stay in U.A.E. The building is owned by an Iranian national who is not present in the country most of the time, so unfortunately I guess he has no idea what happens in the building because the building is managed by his brother Kassim. Kassim is the rudest person met in Dubai. He cuts your deposit money without any reason and the building always has issues and blames the tenant. The ac maintenance is absolute disgust. One of the reason for cutting the deposit is using the kitchen, lol.The positive reviews are paid fake review because if you go and ask anyone around the building no one will say anything positive about the management. Anyway, I hope they improve and do not cheat other tenants in the future.

I am in love with this place!Everything is just perfect thanks to the professional management of the tower by Ms.Zainab, she would simply go the extra mile and support with whatever it takes to keep the tenants happy.

Excellent residential building. Very courteous and supportive management. Building has excellent pool and gym facilities in each tower and also has a nice and big super market.

Being a resident of MM towers for the last two years has been a pleasure. Its an ultimate place to live in with great amenities, top notch infrastructure and a dedicated management. The security, cleaning and maintenance staff are extremely prompt and efficient thanks to their building Manager - Ms Zainab who ensures personal supervision and follow ups & also credit to the GM Mr Ghasim along with his team for being extremely supportive and friendly !! Huge spacious rooms with a beautiful uninterrupted view makes this place worth living. It easily stands out from any of the other properties in DSO. We hope the same standards are maintained over the years! Best wishes !!

We have just moved in a week back and found the building amazing, the way we are welcomed and got helped by Ms. Zainab and her team is amazing, she is always their answering queries and adding extra miles to the job even if its out of her scope, building is very net and clean, pool is very huge, covered parking, you all have to come and enjoy the building.Many thanks to Ms.Zainab and her team.

Not recommendable. The quality and neatness of the building is fair. Spacious apartments. But the attittude of management to the tenant is very rude especially the buidling manager. If sombody is taking the apartment, they have to stay atleast 3 years to get back the security deposit if there is no damage also. Because they will do the painting in only after 3 years. Otherwise the charges will deduct from tenant. They are treating us that we are new to Dubai and this is our first apartment.Whoever staying still in mm towers will see the attitude of management when u will leave the apartment. They really dont want to refund the security deposit. As i handover the flat in good and neat condition after 2 years. They deducted the painting charges. And i was wondering they are asking me to do the painting to reduce the charges. And they are threatening me that if am not agreeing on the deduction of charges on time, they will charge one month rent also which is against the law.There many reasons which i couldnt mention here. The funny thing is the management staff are writing reviews to get better star rating.Not recommendable at all due to attitude of management.I stayed there from 2019 and completed two years in June 2021.Please keep record of all mail communications with them. Because sometimes they will not agree on the commitments.

We have been living here since June 2019 and have always great experience living like own home. This building has its best ever seen cleanliness and secured residential environment. I recommend to all atleast come and see this building inside and have feel of it.

So far, the best building in DSOI highly recommend this building!Flats are bigger than the average in the area.Very clean and well maintained building.The management is always available and ready to help in few minutes .Maintenance team , are well trained and always ready .Security guards are very professional and efficient.The Location is perfect , it allows to exit DSO very quickly.There is a big new Grandiose supermarket just below the building.All of this makes our staying more comfortable.

I am resident in building, Cleaning & building maintenance is good but faced some issues like at the time of leasing gym was 24x7 but later on building management changed the timing Parking is excellent security is also good, Cleaning is amazing probably best in DSOA, building had got best visitor parking. Supermarket at ground floor makes it easy forFamilies to purchase daily necessities. Rent is higher than other buildings but to maintain the quality you will have to pay premium charges.

Amazing Building from inside and outside, Building Management are so cooperative and responding for any matter 24/7 unlike other buildings which I have experienced with no response for days,I have a furnished Studio with brand new furniture from home centre, the have a big Area for visitor parking in ground floor which is easily accessible for both buildings.Thanks MM towers for providing an amazing service.

I have never seen such an amazing service any other places, building are so clean, security are so helpful and strict to the regulations of Dubai During such time facing Covid 19,Maintenance team are available all the time, building management are amazing with the quick actions, also they have giving lots of support to me and other tenants which they become my friends and all of us are so happy being here in MM Towers, apart from that we have access to the supermarket as it is existing in the same building, I have to say that quality in this building isnt available anywhere else

Very clean, cooperative building management

Dont judge the book by its cover, although it looks as a fancy building; yet after living there for 1 year this is what i faced:- To be fair, cleaning and security is great in that building.- Management is bad, they will threaten you with penalties all the time. (I was told i will have to pay 50k dirhams twice in one year).- The building is way over priced compared to the price range of that area, or Dubai in general.- When you are about to leave, keep an eye on your pocket because they do to, i dont know which companies they deal with but the quotation i was provided cost me half of my deposit, and they will tell you that you are free to get it done on your own, but the paint has to be the same as they demand, and other things until you give up and pay.P.s every bad review they get is matched with a 5 star review from their management.. i mean most of the reviews are repeated by the building management it self to cover up the bad ones.

Honestly, the building is Amazing. I do not agree to the previous 2 reviews of the building. The building was new and was taking shape. As of today, its probably the best or one of the top 3 Buildings to stay in DSO. From the Swimming Pool maintenance to the Gym to the new playing area for children and sky terrace. The building has it all and all in mint condition. Moreover, service is quick and on one phone call. Any small issues are being fixed before its late. The apartments are spacious and cleanliness is maintained.

As i wanted to move to the apartment they were good and told me everything was good, but the finishing of the home wasnt that good from inside it was like a semi circle hard to fit in the furniture and the sound proof was not there as my neighbor talked i can hear everything he say and vice versa, even the water heater capacity was small that it didnt even heat water for 5 minutes shower. In addition to that, when i had to leave the home because i lost my job they were really unhelpful, rude and looked only for money to the limit they took extra money for 4 days rent from the new month because i had to move my furniture from the house, what i discovered is that they were really unhelpful i don’t recommend you to have the same experience at all

If youre planning to rent here, pls dont you will regret it later.rude ppl, guests parking are way to far its like a hike ,they need 10 min to get there.Administration is not transparent , never to mention the security guards behaviour.list goes on and on .to keep it short, living here going to be a bad call.

As a regular visitor to this building, I would never recommend anyone to rent an apartment there and here is why:1. Visitors parkings are way far from building, your guest have to walk for 10 minutes I think to reach2. Disrespectful attitude from security guards backed by the building administration3. No drop off area in front of the building, you will have to park away from its entrance4. Irregular apartment shapes because of the cylindrical shape of the building, difficult to arrange furniture in there5. Tenant Parkings are narrow and uncomfortable even for sedan car6. From the experience of the current tenant i know, they are unprofessional in dealing with tenants as if they are doing this for the first time.You don’t want to experience all of this on a regular basis for a year, i do not recommend at all.

Best tower is DSO to live in, good quality, special location, have the best facilities, net and clean all the time, amazing place to stay in.
