This company is trying to steal as much of my security deposit as they can in made up charges and a “fine” from management for “improper use of a car space”. They never mentioned any issues while I was a tenant.Don’t believe the positive reviews they are fake. The company is self promoting.

It is nice building and manged properly, the only issue is with the huge aluminum windows, this is not properly sealed and isolated. this causes too much energy loos and make the home noisy and dusty. Hope they change it to better type of windows like PVC.

No Gym, No built in wardrobes! No tub, why ?!2 walls in 2 rooms are made of aluminum glass which means LOT of dust, noise & light. Had to use lots of curtains which is very costly! Huge long balcony ( useless & collects dust) Poor design.
