Oia Residence is a six-storey residential building in Motor City, DubaiLand, Dubai.The development contains a total of 269 units.The building contains a mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments as well as 28 duplexes.The project was launched in 2016.The handover process was completed in September 2018.Construction began in May 2016.The project was developed by Union Properties.The substructure contains one basement level which is dedicated to parking.Amenities include 24-hour security, a cafe, a childrens swimming pool, a gymnasium, a jogging track, assigned underground parking, parks and open spaces, play areas, squash courts and swimming pools.From Oia Residence it takes roughly 22 minutes to drive to Dubai Mall, 19 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 18 minutes to Burj Al Arab and 23 minutes to The Walk JBR.Dubai International Airport (DXB) is roughly 26 minutes drive and the new Al Maktoum International Airport is roughly 29 minutes drive. All durations are calculated by Google Maps and assume the fastest route in typical traffic conditions.The building is named after a small town on the Greek island of Santorini which is famous for its blue and white domed houses. This colour theme inspired Oia Residences blue and white architectural design.81 of the two-bedroom apartments have a maid’s room as well.The three- and four-bedroom duplexes have private gardens and terraces providing direct access to the swimming pools.

I live here, I have been for the last 6 months, it’s an amazing building, I love the design, the security is really nice. There are 2 pools, which are both really well maintained, my apartment is on the 3rd floor, there is a squash court, a gym, everything you need to be active. Location is amazing, neighbourhood is beautiful. Highly recommend to move here.

I got surprised reading some of the negative posts.I live in OIA for the last 18 months - I should say I’ve had some technical issues in the beginning which is normal in a new project as some fine tuning is usually required or to be expected – However, the maintenance team was pretty responsive, available on the hour and has attended all my requests.There is no leak, no chipped or cracked wall, pools are perfectly operational since early 2020 -OIA stands out in the Uptown community and scores high on all points. Quality is by far the best; it is an exclusive cluster in the Motor City.NO Plan to leave

I live here and we are moving out this year. Not the best management as they don’t respond to your complains and request. Low quality finishing. Up until now we are facing the same bathroom stinky smelly issue for two years! Dont be fooled with how nice the exterior is as when you move and start living, maintenance issues will start happening!

We CANT WAIT TO MOVE OUT!! Very thin walls, that we cant sleep!!! very poor finishing, the wall shipped all over, rain poors from the ceiling and balcony, the garage leeks, the pool is closed most of the time for maintenance, the management is not cooperative the prices are high and so not worth it, were paying more not to get anything in return, do yourself a favor and dont even consider it. Dont be fooled by the looks like us.

I’d love to rent a two bedroom apartment in this place, only it’s too expensive, considering the drop in rents in Dubai nowadays. The ground floor duplex is specifically remarkable though. I’ve never seen anything like it. Spacious apartments like these are not easy to find lately.

Heard highly of this project, and when I visited I got very good first impression until I heard the noise from external pumps and ventilation systems-I visited at night for a second opinion but it felt much worse - What a shame !. The agent assured me Union Properties is working to fix it out ? until then, a 2-star rating is the best I could give

Like any new building that has some few hiccups, sometime water isnt pumping strong, gym not fully equipped.Rather than that everything is good, finishing is more than good, the security guys are very nice and professional, parking is spacious.

My husband and I invested into an apartment in this building without realizing the HUGE hump we have to go through every time we drive out the building in our extremely low sports car that ends up getting damaged every time. we complained to everyone we possibly could and no ones listening so this is the last option. started to regret purchasing this apartment. Leaks are all over the building and the paint is super cheap, both pools Most the time are closed for maintenance. Other than that it’s good building and nice community

Stylish design , Top finishing and very spacious units which is rear now days in the market, 2 swimming pools, gym is fully equipped, lovely area and everything is near by including schools, great place for family to live in.

They stole my insurance money after I delivered the unit and now they are not answering my emails or any phone calls for months, think twice before dealing with this company, it’s a big name but it’s a mess from inside
