I am sure these apts will be nice to live in but they shouldn’t of built anything there for the people that live in Old Town ! Crazy ! Money hungry Dubai is .

Good project in excellent location but expensive then what you are getting in downtown.

Poor quality, they are trying to finish quick and cash out.
