Please dont come to this bulding level 11.because downstairs there is service room.so 11 floor getting to hot in the summer.even ac cant help you..

The worst experience ever ever in my life to stay in this building, AC is horrible, Maintenance is disaster, everything is soo bad, please don’t even think to stay in this building, especially apt 1006 , broker and landlord are the worst people to deal with them.

Very bad experience, I lost my car in rain season because of water flood.Management is so careless and no one care about my personal lost in the car.Charges for everything and no direct act or response to any complaint.Gym is very poor.Price is not cheap compared to other building but management is big mistake

In the recent rainfall in Dubai, entire basement parking of UniEstate Sports Tower was submerged in water, while all other nearby buildings didn’t face this issue. The water flowed into the basement from outside roads due to poor construction of the building. The building maintenance/management didn’t respond to numerous calls of residents for more than 24 hours. It took about 40 hours to pump out the water from the basement. All cars in the basement were damaged as a result. Very poor response from the building management. Don’t recommend this building at all, neither for sales nor rentals!!

It us the worst experience i’ve had in a residential building as-i lost my BMW ride in this rain season because the building bad finishes they have no water drainage system so the drowned in the basement parking and building management stated clearly no compensation will be given.-water leakage from ceiling in the rain fall in my bedroom-security on duty this day didn’t inform us at all.-management said that he went to every apartment which was a big fat lie-the appointment finish is so cheep as the bathroom sink felt down twice even after they fixed it.-always have sewerage blocking-the balcony fence has gone out of its placeBtw we were the first tenant and that was 3 years ago only so the tower is not oldDI NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.

Decently sized rooms and nice big windows. Only issue is u cant use an under ground parking unless you own one. So if youre travelling for a bit your car will def be out in the sun and run out of juice.

I can write a book on how bad this building is, 1st i do not recommend at all, and 2nd read the below1- Fire alarm will ring and cause mess everytime you cook as the sensor is right above the cooking area, so expect yourself to wake up at 3 AM at anytime.2- Apartment Materials are very bad, wall painting, balcony fence, etc... (very low quality)3- No customer service when u call building management and i doubt of they have any management, if u have a problem, u r lost4- security is sleeping with no help, i lost my 90K BMW car because security didn’t inform me about the basement parking becoming a pool5- i can write a book on how bad this building is, lived there for 3 years and i regret being lazy to stay thetr all this timeDO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALLLLL!

Great new building. You built a service floor on this building. Why would you do that. Makes you wonder.

Negligent and arrogant management. Do not accept their fault that they did not inform the tenants about water flooding into the basement so they could save their cars.

I did not finish the first month of the annual contract and I had a lot of problems with the interior cladding, the tiles and the closet handle in the bedroom, the dark door of the balcony. I had a contract with Broker Engel & Volkers and they showed a slow response with no interest to these points. This building is not well managed

UNIESTATE SPORTS TOWER” What a great location and property. The Apartments are perfect and the Hospitality is outstanding. Everyone is looking to make a stay better, I suggest my friends if they need a better and a luxury stay “UNIESTATE SPORTS TOWER” is the better option for you. I would love to stay there in the near future. Thanks to everyone there.

Poor response from the building management. Not recommended at all.

Awful after-sale service! Maintenance and repairs take months! Complaints are never resolved! Pool heaters are never turned on in winter, when its most needed! Why, cause they’re ‘broken’ and it’ll stay broken cause these morons do not give a damn! Treadmill belt at the mens gym has been broken for months! We’ve emailed, called and even spoken to the watchman several times, only to be told it would be looked at and its been months! Wouldn’t recommend not just this property but any of their properties, not even to my worst enemy! A-W-F-U-L!!!PS: Had to give it atleast one star or google wouldn’t let me post.

Excellent Building For Living In Dubai

AC problems .. No internet ready .. No Gym or Pool ready. wonder why they open it for people to come in as long as its not ready yet !!I wonder how people still consider it a nice cozy place ?!The fire alarm 🚨 goes on for a like 6 to 8 Times a night .. you can’t sleep one night without waking up at least 2 or 3 times minimum in every night ? And when you ask can you fix .. they say it’s sensetive fire alarm .. they don’t understand that might be disfunctioned and very cheap as much as many other things !

If it worked, do a zero rating, I would like the worst building you can live inAll of the air conditioning problems are not working and not working. They were transferred in it exactly from a month ago, and from its hour to suffering problems with electricity, and every two days there is a switch off and the air conditioning does not work from the day I was transferred, people are coming and going, they do not work, leakage in every moment, and clogged swallows and everything like disgust, we wont say except that if someone thinks Move Awa go to this building
