It got very dirty. cockroaches go on foot. nobody does anything. the ceiling is rotting near the trash can. the mold has already gone. already a month. nobody repairs. turned off the air conditioner in the common hallway. it became very humid. soon this mold will be everywhere. because of this, cockroaches increased.

Its one of the worst buildings ever. You can hear all the noise and the management is too bad.

The building is amazing, they have all the facilities of gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, etc. They have 24/7 security who are very friendly and helpful.The location has an easy access from the Emirates road. Miracle Garden and Butterfly Garden is 5 minutes away.Its wonderful place to live but one needs patience with the surrounding as there are a lot of construction work around.This is without doubt a developing location and will be the most sought after location in terms of rental. It will have a lot of added advantage in the near future.

Nice building and studio apartments. Friendly Neighborhood. With Pool and Gymnasium, Sauna Steam, great set of amenities on house! Great place to live.

Nice facility. However, the construction in the area could be very annoying sometimes. I think it will be fantastic place to rent by next year when the heavy constructions are over.
