I lived here and still will live until end of the year, when someone else cooks in their kitchen it comes directly to my house thru ac. Building management and property management is awful, apartments are cheap but it comes with features like this. do not recommend!

Friendly and attentive security and maintenance staff, clean facilities, gym and rooftop pool. Lots of natural sunlight and views of the Burj Al Arab. Unbeatable for the price. That said, the underground parking entry/exit ramps can be very tight if you have a large car or SUV, and occasional inconsiderate neighbors litter in public areas.

Great area to live in dubai. Very green and quiet. Quality of building could be a bit better but for this low price its good enough. Recommend

My husband and I moved into apartment 709 in Cricket Tower owned by Mimi Stoimenovska, she is based between London and Dubai. We found the apartment on Facebook Dubai rental pages advertised by the previous tenant who was leaving. We thought the apartment looked decent so we agreed to move in straight away. Behind our backs the previous tenant got an agent involved who demanded money from us but we refused to give it to him as initially we had nothing to do with him and the agent had been brought in by the previous tenant as she promised him money from it. We were told we can stay in this apartment for short term 3 months to as long as we like. On our move in day, once the apartment was empty, we saw COCKROACHES and black gooey stuff in the fridge from the previous tenant so we had the whole apartment steam cleaned yet no appreciation of this! This was the landlords job to maintain it! Anyway our time was cut short in Dubai so after a full 3 months we decided we should go back, we gave the landlord 3 weeks notice and even after reaching the UK I was arranging for apartment viewings. We were told we should have given her 1 months notice however nothing was stated to us at the time of us moving in, not even a contract. What makes me question things is that had we given her 4 weeks notice, she STILL wouldnt have found someone by now as the apartment was empty for 6 weeks.I found a tenant to replace me but she was to move on 29th October however I carried on looking for the landlord for someone to stay in between the time I leave and when the next tenant moves in on the 29th October which would have been a 6 weeks gap. The landlord was in Dubai for 2 weeks in this period so I arranged many viewings of potential tenants who were extremely interested in the apartment however as desperate as her situation was to find someone for 6 weeks, she rejected 8 of the tenants I sent her way, for whatever reasons. Since then I have given her enough time to give me my deposit back to which she refuses each time which brings me to the fact that I can see why she never gave me a contract so that I dont have any proof.
