With blueground amazing forniture in a very nice building, close to Dubai mall and Burj kalifa

Had wonderful time and my view to the burkalifa was excellent.

The worst room in entire world i will make sure no one i know visit it - bad service from the worker only one person responsible for everything- bad smell very bad smell and when call the workers no one respond the parking door not open you should wait someone from inside to open it for you . If there is less than one star i will put it

Emaar is terrorizing tenants in Dubai downtown! Think twice before renting apartment here! It’s just next to the emaar construction. They are working during night and the noise is extremely high! We tried calling police, municipality, security... no one can do anything against this company. They are promoting downtown like luxuries place to live and that is far away from truth. Living here is like living on construction site. Also last Friday morning labors who works on the site were shouting and screaming like savages at 9 am. Stay away from this place...

For short term stay, can consisted here. It is considerably near Downtown and within waking distance to the famous fountain. Security is good except theres no visitor parking. Each resident is given an alloted carpark lot. Theres a mini mart opposite the Condominium.

Avoid renting apartament B507 by all means! Its extremely noisy not because the street but because of the faulty air vents system. The unit (the main fan) is installed directly above the apartament and it works REALLY LOUD and you cannot do anything about that. It constantly produces a very unpleasant noise but also extra sensations like vibrations and grinding sounds. Its basically like you try to sleep in a server room next to a subwoofer, good luck with that! I spoke to the maintenance people - they say it is how it is and nothing can be really done (they cant turn down the ventulation which is understandable but I think this machine could be silenced if it was installed properly and its obviously not). Did I say that the rental costs are very high? Thats not what I paid for. What an awful place.

Great location. Walking distance to the mall and a ton of restaurants. Great pool. Gym is very small.

Fire alarm practice was set to start at 11 till 11:30 but they did it at 9:30 and scare everyone and made a big headache , please stick to the time promised also to play bing bong you have to fill up form and wait for approval and so much headache so no one use their games anymore , and last the car wash company they are dealing with is so dirty and un professional and they will not let you bring your own car wash , and building use to have guest parking but they cancel that and start selling the parking for money so if you have a guest coming good luck for them finding a parking

Fantastic accommodation with wonderful views of the Burj Khalifa and the Fountains. In a few minutes you are at the Dubai Opera and the Dubai Mall is within walking distance depending on which in 10/15 minutes erreichen.Das apartment is spacious, good Wi-Fi, comfortable bed , very friendly reception at check in and check out and helpful in any matters. Very nice stay.

Great location, new complex, underground parking. Our apartments had everything necessary for life, the owners tried their best. The view from the windows on the tallest building in the world! (This view is not from all the apartments of the building). In walking distance of singing fountains and Dubai Mall and Metro. The staff speaks only English.

Beautifully located apartments, good design, all amenities. There are pools for the whole family, a gym, parking, a supermarket nearby, in general, everything you need is close by and very nice, I like it here!
