A good accommodation for a family. The are is also very decent.

The reason I put 4 stars instead of five is the management listens to everything including the lies those lies hurt so many kid just like me but other this is an amazing place I have lived in this building for 7 years and had no problems at all

Very very poor maintenance. The management changes decisions in such a manner that the tenant has to pay for the maintenance, in any case. Bad quality items used for kitchen, bathrooms etc. Leaking sinks and clogged bathtubs. Parking is also a nightmare, beware if you paid for extra parking. Priced on higher end as well. Please try not to rent here, as the building itself is now in its 9th year.

Very small rooms... AC is split unit .. Have visitors parking overall its clean... Built around 2012.

Not much of amenities ... btw good apartments for living.
