I Lived here for a year the experience was horrible!! apartments are really old and have lots of issues, when moving out they charge you an arm and a leg for deep cleaning, Repainting, and stuff that you didnt break (lights)4 months after the move out you receive the rest of your security deposit (lesser than communicated) stay away from renting in this building or dealing with the Agency or Landlord!The community is amazing but this building is just horrible. Please think 10 times before renting here! at first the price and 1, 2 or 3 months free looks like a good deal, but when you want to renew all of this disappears.
