All the materials used in the apartments are good quality but the craftsman is unfortunately not that good. I like the apartment anyway, nice location and modern apartment. Pool is big but warm, don’t feel like a pool but a bath. Reminded the relevant people several times, hoping it will be maintained at a refreshing pool temperature at all times.

I didn’t think at first the apartments would be so elegant, because most of the times things are made to look flashy for marketing. But this is the real deal, absolutely in love with the sleek modern style, the quality of white goods is incredible! Proximity to necessities, groceries and landmarks. Pretty much love everything about the building.

Not sure about all these negative reviews,I spend over a week there and it was great time,pool is big and clean,great for swimmers,gym is superbly equipped,the view from our apartment(1712) was amazing and the whole building is new and finished in high standard oh and the location is just great,close to Burj Khalifa,Dubai Mall and new marina.

Just moved in to Marquise square. If you like tasteful living and would pay for a supreme quality of life, this is the place to be.

Amazing experience from viewing to move in and move out, i loved the professional treatment that i received from the viewers, to the security and maintenance team. They made sure move in and settling was super easy and smooth. I loved the location of the building beinf in the center of everything, even with alot of signals you can still walk to dubai mall or cross the street and jog at the canal.

Nice location but building management is very unresponsive. Window cleaning never happens. Facilities are locked and soon theyre going to have more excuses than tenants.

They have recently started offering furnished apartments. Guys, it looks like a magnificent 5-star Hotel, I must say very very impressive. The Sales team is very dedicated and they can get you your dream apartment in affordable rent.Recommended for sure.

Their recently furnished apartments look grand and the property itself is reasonably close to the Dubai Mall and Downtown. Security and maintenance is awesome. View from the apartments are literally a treat to the eyes.

Developer’s office has based their agent in the building itself. Super easy to view, get all the info even through digital platforms and the staff is very pro-active. Hygiene and service standards in the common areas are exceptional. Thumbs up.

Marquise square Tower in Business bay is made with such finesse.It has great layouts and finishing . In my opinion Its going to be the next big iconic tower to live in.Quality is one thing ,but the location is another aspect that should attract Investors ,buyers and renters . I have few friends who live in that building and they are very happy with their move ,specially with the way its maintained and all those amenities .

The tower is located in an excellent area, it’s my first time visiting a friend in Dubai and I was amazed to see the finishes and quality of the building. The amenities literally look like a 5-star hotel. Lobby staff is friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend my friends in Dubai to rent an apartment here.

I would give full points to the apartments, view, staff, amenities and maintenance. The one thing I would like to be introduced is a valet parking service, but the building is very new so maybe they will take my suggestion soon.

All the apartments have a great view of either the water canal or Burj Khalifa. It’s like living a dream. If you like tasteful living and would pay for a supreme quality of life, this is the place to be.

The building offers pretty much everything youre looking for in a luxury address. Super classy and so impeccably clean. The common areas are strictly maintained. Great quality white goods and apartments boast the view of Burj Khalifa and Dubai water canal. Extremely upscale and really feel its worth the rent.

Marquise Square has not only exceeded my expectations but also offered the highest benchmark of standards. Great value for money, management is approachable and services are exceptional. Will definitely recommend it to all my colleagues and friends.

Probably one of the best residential towers in Business Bay in regards to the quality and location. Apartments are bright, finished to superb standard and offering stunning views of the Burj Khalifa. Definitely recommend to check it out.

This place is worst investment ever, still no fully equipped with Furniture, Unpleasant security and very rude without special reasons, not helpful management, very poorly maintained, garbage soot is never working, pool is always dirty and always some technical electrical or gas issues fire alarms etc. To say also that building is not completed, entrance neither pool neither lobby. Great Apartment lay out, fantastic location and a good size swimming pool that can accommodate the building

Over two months with the elevators down due to the January 2020 rain. Very poor maintenance of the facilities which are, in a number of areas, yet to be completed. The fire alarm goes off everyday at least a couple of times. The facilities management team is systematically unavailable and does not address tenants concerns.

High end facilities, great lay out apartments and accessible to everywhere in the city.

Good quality building, you would never miss it.

Best location, my first time in Dubai I visited a relative and was very impressed. The project is super luxurious, apartments are quite affordable for rent and so close to the iconic Burj Khalifa!

Very good building in business bay

Whilst the tower looks great and boasts some great amenities such as a well equipped gym and pool, the management team and quality issues ruin the experience.Quality issues include only two of the six lifts left in operation after the rains since January 2020. Poor soundproofing means I can hear my neighbors conversations, television sets, and a whole lot more. The glass panels make loud noises constantly due to poor installation techniques. The fire alarm goes off unnecessarily at various times as the smoke detectors are installed too close to the kitchen stoves in the studio apartments. The tennis / basketball court has been closed since opening. Requests to have these remedied have unfortunately been ignored by the management company.

The worst move in processes ever, if you are not gladiator on filling forms dont move in here 😂 we as tenants did loads of complains due to so many issues ( visitor parkings - pool issues - backyard court.... Etc) everything working against us till now management give us some promises lets see if they will do it but till now everything is headache

The quality of the building is superb with breathtaking views of Burj khalifa and canal, plus all apartments are spacious and equipped with white goods. Swimming pool and gym is modern and fully equipped, only thing the pool is not yet furnished. No worries though. There is steam and Outdoor courts in the building which gonna open soon. To note, the building is located very closed to Dowtown which is near to Dubai Mall and souq al bahar. There are many groceries and restaurants in the area that offers delivery at your doorstep. Overall, you will enjoy your stay at this Brand New building.

- NO sun beds around the pool at all...0. Got to buy your own one!- NO music in the gym, apparently speakers dont work- 3 levels of parking in the basement empty but second car NOT allowed - management rules- security very, very strict! With simple home delivery bunch of documents needed + deposits + permits, very very difficult! Management rules- no visitor parking, maybe for 30 minutes if you are lucky: -management rules- access cards gets deactivated? Security will refuse to open the gate. Management rules- number of complaints from tenants...daily- actions taken? 0

Very poor management despite the good quality of the building and equipments.Pool is still not furnished with sun beds since now 5 months they promised us...No way to convince management to put music in the gym while Bose audio speakers are installed.Sport court still dirty since 5 months with dust and no way they clean it despite the army of cleaners sitting in the parking everyday...Not welcome for little children without kids play area.Mails and calls to management are not answered and if they do they don’t follow up...Security is rude and have no common sense. They apply dumb rules without any consideration to life quality (you cannot move in easily, you cannot invite friends without arguing parking slots, they don’t open the barrier if you forget your badge home even if the guy knows you well...)
