Looks nice on the outside but poor quality building. Windows whistling literally 24/7, only opens up high above and it can not be reached from inside to seal. Building maintenance keep giving the numbers of the same incompetent 3rd party contractors and none of them is able to fix it. We had to fix AC for so many random things, kitchen cabinets are cheap bending composite wood and floor marbles are so soft that it chips away on its own. Sewage smell in the corridors in the night.

Very nice view, fantastic location.I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to feel luxurious lifestyle.

But after days and weeks you get used to it and start noticing that you are not actually in paradise.Construction works 6 days out of 7, with heavy drilling and hammering, so if you have a baby, good luck to get him some rest.Super loud Fire alarm every now and then with a security squad rushing to your apartment certifying the alarm comes from your flat while you were just watching a movie on Netflix. And gas cut happening at cooking time once a week.Poor wood quality used for the kitchen cabinet and bathroom, falling a part after one year. And yes our kind landlord took our deposit because of that. Swimming pools was closed for months for maintenance. For a 1 year old building thats too much. Good point about the deliveries. To get a meal from a restaurant 5 km away you can wait between 30 to 45 min because the building doesnt show on Google map and the drivers are asked to go through a very specific path in the basement with no indication.Poor A/C for the maids room, she was complaining but nothing could be done except cranking the living room A/C to the maximum and have crazy Empower bill.We moved out and are enjoying a much much more quieter life

Living here for a year, quick summary:-the apartments look great at first due to its modern finishing and spectacular view. It needs some time to discover the real deal: windows not sealed (wind, slamming doors), A/C to weak to coop with heat, sewage smell, extremely cheap kitchens that literally fall apart, poorly designed exhaust system (cooking triggers fire alarm and leaves smell for hours)-pool closed since New Year for „maintenance“ and nothing done in last 4 weeks-constant construction inside and outside the building: noise from drilling, hammering 6 days a week-frequent maintenance issues with daily fire alarm, water pressure issues, smell issues, fan issues etc... let’s say it never gets boring-every delivery person gets pushed around and has go through a basement labyrinth to find your place, add 15 minutes on every deliveryWorst building experience in 11 years UAE.

This place looks Great at first... BUT:Structural problem: poor construction quality, so you hear noises from apartment above you. When they move a chair, you hear it. When they walk, you hear it. And if they walk a lot you have a problem.Non structural problems that could be solved but the management doesnt care: bumps in the basement, noisy loud fans on the roof.

Nice views and feels like a great building initially. However many issues : i) building is a construction zone with noisy work at almost any time during the day either coming from units or the hotel construction site ii) poor management with swimming pool closed for 6 weeks AND fire alarm ringing for no reason iii) way too many speed bumps in parking iv) security not on top of things, would not even know if units have permits for works

The worst Managment i have ever seen,The building is fantastic and with great design and facilities but once your here the game changes .It is the worst days of my life having to deal with people here . Which they dont have any respect for theirs Residance it has been more than 7 months that i am calling every single day 3 , 4 5 times and complaining to a heavy drilling and jack hammering sound that is there bellow my flat .The funny part is that they dont have control and even respect them selves as well , as per their emails and papers they said that they will have this construction done in 20 days and this is passed 2 months. I have all the records and i have already complain to nakheel and dubai municipality. And still they are having same construction for passed 7 months with same level of noise even it is getting worstBefore few days they have emailed and said they are expecting heavy drilling sound only from 10 am to 1 pm in RAMADAN time and as always they are stating 6 am and finishing 6 pmThis is jokeeeeeThey don’t even follow their own rules and regulations.We as the Residance of this property simply CAN NOT have the simplest elements of our life which is sleeping and specially in RAMADAN.This is where a quality will show , this is a difference between Emmar managment team and strive managment team .

Unannounced works in apartments making it impossible to work from home.Swimming pool under maintenance for weeks.Very noisy A/C system on the roof, disturbing the peaceful relax time on the balconies facing inwards.Huge number of bumps in the basement parking which are completely useless and damage car suspensions and the management ignores requests to remove them.Overall not what you would expect in a building that costs like a high end residence.

New luxury resort in Palm jumeirah crescent will open soon .It is combined blocks for residential and resort .

After 3 months in this bulding we have had a lot of problems and today our kitchen sink has collapsed and we hear people steps above!This place is beautiful but the building is full of problems...

No one answred i ve been calling for 3 days

Today i went on service And so sorry to see The security person here does not know English, he does not even know that there is another building here. Because there are two builds here And it took me half an hour before I went to Building One and then to the second Because when I asked this thing to the security, why did you not tell me the correct directions, he said that I did not even know that there were two bills here There are 2 people sitting here crossing the gate of security What a shame that the security person here does not know how many bills have been seen here And instead of sorry, he started to fight with me. So I remembered this example today. High faded shop dish You had a very nice building But even the security people would keep a few well-educated and educated teachers.

The8 is very luxorious high end Hotel serviced apartments complex located on the West Crescent road on Palm Jumeira , faboulous Sea views and own beach front with 5 Stars living style .
