Good building but good facilities and helping staff like security guards , sweepers and cleaners.. Bus stop is just in front of this building ,this is one of the best point. And have paid parking just in front.

You really have to be a special kind of evil to order pest control to remove a few harmless, healthy and neutered community cats, especially when temperatures have reached an all time high. Your building is becoming famous now internationally for all the wrong reasons: animal cruelty, barbaric actions, illegal removal of TNR community cats. The security is absolutely heartless and rude. Dubai Municipality is furious that you are lying and trying to pretend this came from them. They did not sanction this. Shame on Management and the security guard of this building for your illegal and abusive actions which go against the values of UAE and Islam. The world is watching and you will be held accountable.

TBH this building was the best place to stay at couple of years ago but not anymore, Cause they’ll take days or couple of weeks I should say just to fix small things such as (door holders and all that kind of things)

I live here 🤷🏻‍♀️Good area, the building is good with good maintenance. Only problem is the gym is not well equipped and the ones that are available are mostly broken. We dont have any other facility (my old building had swimming pool, Jacuzzi and two sauna rooms but here nothing).There is a party hall but the rent is pretty high (AED 3000 for a night if Im not wrong)Also, we have 4 elevators but usually 1 is broken, is a problem early mornings when lots of kids want to go to school and adults to work.But generally everything else is good.

Very neat n clean well maintained and family building, A/c chilled free, maintenance free, car park free, Gymnasium and party Hall available in building

Ive been living here since 2011 and its personally a good place to live but the maintenance is not up to the mark
