Apartments are clean. Some furniture needs to be renewed. The pool is very good. Receptionists are friendly so as room service and other staff.The location is very good directly by the metro station and there are few restaurants and cafes around.I spent 1 week there at 2019 and I had a very good experience there.

I was surprised when I booked my room at such a low price but the reviews were all good. We stayed here for 6 days and were amazed at the gorgeous room, the staff was amazing and its centrally located to the Dubai mall, the beaches and old Dubai. We will return again. Grocery stores is next to hotel and a bank is very close.

I am staying here for a long time.feels like my own home . Very comfortable. Staff are helpful. Neet &clean atmosphere. Specially housekeeping staff work very carefully. Supperviser Amit is a nice person .they provide full satisfaction and protection during this uncertain situation of coronavirus. Best service.

Its a good place to stay, service and other things aint bad either. Malls are close by the hotel, such as dubai mall and other places youd love to visit. Taxi service is always there, got metros as in trains in other words. One of the good thing is that there are 24/7 restaurants just near you. Ive stayed here thats why I have shared my experience, the hotel pool is good as well, as of now the spa in under construction, the hotel also has a steam room and a sauna near the pool side. Its pretty good though. Had a great stay and enjoyed !

This is our second time at this hotel. We came her 4 yrs ago and have been to other hotels every year since but its like being back home when we came here. The same staff were here and Ashiq, at concierge remembered us straight away. The suite we have is spacious, clean, sheets and pillows are luxurious. Kitchen overlooks the sea and we have an excellent view of the B Khalida. Staff are very helpful and our location is excellent as we are here on business World Trade centre is only 2 stops away and for our kids the Mall of Emirates is only 1 stop away. We live the pool, sauna and the clean fluffy towels when visiting the spa. My boys love the gym too. Very convenient, easy, comfortable and staff are very hospitable.

They said its smoking free but the apartment is smelly Ive asked for a replacement but all the same. Room pictures look large comparing with reality. Location is good but I wont come back.

The best hotel in Dubai. If you are in Dubai and if you need to stay on sheikh Zayed Road don’t even think of staying at some place other then this hotel.There are various types of rooms as per your need. One room, two rooms, three rooms.I was having a three bedroom apartment on the 42nd floor and this hotel has everything you need.The swimming pool and the steam is simply amazing as you are at the top floor with the view of Burj Khalifa.The gym is nice and has all the amenities you need.The staff is very humble and helpful.The rooms are big and beds are soft and comfortable.The bathrooms are well equipped and the kitchen as all the cooking amenities you need, there is a super market behind the hotel for the food you need to buy to cook yourself.The hotel provides airport service and wifi is available in the lobby.The hotel has a small store for emergency requirements of anything.There is a metro station right outside if you wish to take a train to Burj Khalifa or other parts of Dubai.Highly recommend this place.

No more than a 3. The best thing about the place is they accommodated an early check-in for us. The pool is decent especially for kids but nothing special. Rooms dated, and furnished dated and not all in good condition. Try and avoid this one unless you get a good deal and are looking for somewhere just ‘ok’.

This is a very good suite apartments suitable for singles and small families. It is very well managed with welcoming staff and calm environment.Highly recommended for singles.

Not far from dubai mall and other shopping centers, also some great restaurents nearby. I lived there a year and so without any inconvenience.

This hotel apartments in Dubai is located right next to the Financial Centre metro entrance in Dubai. While the hotel apartments is not the best hotel to stay in the world, it is certainly great for what it offers. Location of the hotel is perfect, especially if you are planning to use the metro during your day trip. If you are here for business, again this hotel could be a perfect choice for you due to its close proximity to some of the business hubs, Financial Centre and other nearby hotels with their countless facilities for retail, shopping, entertainment and food.

Great accommodation and service. Very conveniently located, but WiFi service is very unstable and simply ruins your stay if you rely on it to plan your days in the city.

Al salam hotel suites , which was previously named Chelsea tower hotel is a nice hotel suites in the heart of Dubai, it is a hotel of 48 floors , each floor has around 6 suites consists of 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, each suites has well equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, some suites had terrace and some without, the hotel suites has also a gym, spa and swimming room, they dont have a good place for breakfast

From the moment we arrived, to the moment checking out, the staff were wonderful including Sameh and another female staff member whom I think was a manager! Canada is known for polite service, and hospitality; but these staff members truly felt like home. We previously wanted to stay for three days, but because we loved the service and care provided from here, we stayed for the rest of our trip in Dubai. The WIFI is free and fast, included at no extra cost. The hotel is conveniently by the metro, close to dubai mall, and has countless restaurants nearby walking distance. It is also near a mosque and supermarket for use of the kitchen! The room was exquisitely clean and maintained, views are astonishing from the higher floors, and overall, a 5 star experience. Very good location but the rooms need more maintenance. Besides this the WiFi is expensive and unstable. The highway next the the hotel also makes a lot of noise but the view from the room onto the Burj Khalifa is great.

Every October I go for 10 days to Dubai for a conference. This is my second and last year that I would stay at this hotel. They are the worst. Internet connection is the worst. You ask for extra card they give you hard time. You ask for adaptor they say we can only give you one. I hated the place. Last year they were kinda of okay but this year. Unbelievable. When you book their room they will tell you that its free wireless internet. When you come in they tell you only in the lobby for your room you have to pay.

There are bed bugs in the rooms i am very dissapointed. They were on the head of the bed and i couldnt sleep. I wasnt able to contact room service cause it was 2 am. You should really consider getting an exterminator because those bugs can cause serious damage

I only visited my brothers friend there. The Apt. Is on a high Floor, super great view on burj khalifa & the city. The apts. , Lobby & Elevators looks of good quality & finishing. The area is nice & lies in the heart of Dubai. No Idea about the room rates, very recommended for a stay in Dubai.

It’s better to Sleep at Dubai Metro at least its way more safe.Here is the incident I faced at Chelsea Tower Hotel Apartments. At 2:30 am we arrived to hotel after a night out in Dubai on front door, security didnt allow us to enter the hotel and told us to enter from Car Parking area. When we went to Car Park area security stopped us and asked our room number. They told us to wait here and dont move he called other securities total three securities started shouting at us and humiliating us because we didn’t give our car key on our arrival. They threatened us that someone might hit our car or do harm and in this case they don’t care. When I asked Securities Name’s in order to make a complaint they answered us “Who the Hell are you?” and laughed at us. We couldn’t enter our room until 5:00 am in the morning.When we speak with Hotel Manager in the morning he told us it is just a “small incident”. They didn’t even officially apologize.Also we paid 150 dirham for 3 day internet package which didn’t work and no one cared about that. At least we get refund for internet.

Im going to give this hotel a 5 out of 5 for the excellent service. We booked the hotel months ago but I made certain birthday requests for my father just a month ahead of his 70 years birthday, as the stay in the hotel would be during his birthday.I booked a spa treatment, the front office manager was always available on email and scanned me all spa details and gave me information of all flowers etc available for his birthday.At the check in we got greeted very professional from Sana, who made sure everything was set and arranged.The staff in charged had managed to get us the top floor suite, on the 48th floor, something I never asked for (only asked for early checkin), but Sana told me, that because of this occasion they wanted to make it special for us.So we got the top floor suite with view towards Burj Khalifa.Couldnt have been more professional greeted. Very happy and will come back again!
