Let me complete the reviews.This building is the worst building ever.First, there is a construction going on for years and this never ends.Second, the AC doesn’t work properly.Third, Gym and pool are soooll small and I feel like I am stuck in a small room and even some of the lights are dead and they are not changing them all.Forth, this is the biggest problem. The maintenance is terrible and so hard to get help from them.Fifth, the water pressure is too lowSixth, Leaking water from ceilingGood point: CHEAP

I moved to 1 bedroom apartment two months ago and moving out end of the month. first, you have to pay ac bill separate with outsource contractor which will cost you 100-120 dirham without using it (basically all the bills are quite high). Second, dont rent apartment facing roadside as it is extremely noisy, no sleep at nights plus construction next to you is a bonus )

One of the best Luxury building in JVT with amenities like Gym and Pool, high end finishes.....decent crowd..... Next to public park and kids play area. Ample of parking spaces and pet friendly..

Absolutely Lovely apartments here. Perfect place to live in for access to JLT offices, you dodge 90% of the traffic and the access is Salik free! I timed my run to Cluster X at 8 minutes!
