A bit used up apartments, quality of furniture is not that much, crowded building , apartments is pretty dim and dark depressing to be honest however you step outside and the view is amazingWish apartments were a bit larger and exposed to light more

Its a beautiful residential building with kind and active security guards and it has a beautiful mosque at the ground floor and have big parking.

This is a New building, with good facilities, good location, close to al fay road and to me’aisam city center. There are 2 towers and each tower has health clubs. Good place for families who have children’s because there is a kids play area.Has 2 pool, and running truck on podium.When considering services here only matter is we have to pay charges for emicool and gas even we haven’t use their service.

Its bed experience for living because you pay services without using it,like emicool 200aed monthly payments and you didnt open AC,i spoke with Qais tiwana the responsible there on the building and he was so rude,bed experiences with them and i didnt recommended for anyone to live there

One of the good building in sports city

I stayed there for some time and I liked the building a lot. Flats arent big but they have a huge balcony. The view is fantastic.

1st you need to pay many bills AC , Gas , also usual dewa and internet all separate with deposit for sure to each , the AC will be paid even if you will not use itSmall apartments but good finishingLocation is good
