I wasnt able to check in due to lack of management of Staycae confirmation at front desk; requiring additional fees and passports to be sent by unsecured whatsapp. It was the worst check in experience I have ever done waste of time.

Why your customer service team neglecting our complaints???I have received a fine of a value of AED 400 from Dubai Police issued by the security guy in the building.The fine was already paid by my company since the car belongs to them and the amount will be deducted from my salary!I checked with security, he told me that the fine was issued because I have parked my car beside the building. while I actually have been parking my car there for more than 8 months! So why only now I received that fine!!There is no sign prohibiting the parking there, I have seen and still do many cars every day parking in the same place. Also, No one informed me that the parking there is not allowed and I didnt even receive a warning message before the fine which is supposed to happen prior issuing the fine and only in the case I dont obey to the warning you have the right to issue the fine.So, how am I supposed to know that it is illegal to use that parking and whose fault is that??!

The management of the building is one the worst Ive ever seen, the owner was late on service charge payments and they disabled my apartment and parking cards and stopped allowing deliveries to come up. Im the tenant and I have nothing to do with the owner payments and when I ask them to re enable my card they tell me to call loams number only to be in contact with people who promise to call me back but dont, Im leaving this building and I advice everyone not to rent here. They are just awful.

Worst place to stay at, Water leakage issues and terrible maintenance service, PRIME PROPER VACATION HOMES OFFICE are irresponsible and dishonest, Also an amount of money has been stolen from me

The worst place to stay. They cut the water supply in the name of maintenance almost every second week for the whole day. Despite of all this maintenance, there are issues with water supply. Last month there was no water for 2 days consecutively. I rented a brand new apartment that now has deep cracks in the wall. Gym equipments stay out of order most of the time. Absolutely regretting living in Damac property.

Took ages to get my parking card, security were very biased and not helpful at all towards situation. Been stuck in an elevator 3 times within one week because of ‘an error in the lifts system’. Two of the six elevators have not worked since I moved in 4 months ago. Constant issues with the place. Disconnection from internet, not made aware of work or services to ‘ ‘enhance the building’ Shame because it has potential to be great just poor staffing and maintenance.

I really regret renting in this building.Yesterday they called the police for me because I parked in different place other than my specified place. They gave me inactive parking card which is not working. I made complaints but no response.Also my apartment door is not locked and anyone can open it. I also informed the maintainance but no response.Maintainance guys are not working properly. Till now i cant install gas because they dont want to come to do trivial changes in the cooker. Very lazy staff.I dont recommend to anyone to rent here and I have to wait for a year then I will escape.They ignore the complaints totally. Really such a big shame on a big name like DAMAC.

I personally love it here. I moved in last week.Pros: Great facilities, 24/7 gym, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and lovely lights. Great security team, very helpful and friendly. The rooms feel like hotel rooms, which is a pro and a con (Good because its comfortable and luxurious but lacks space to put away many things in the Studio i am staying in). I am a gamer and it was easy to set up my PC. The du internet in the building is very solid and fast. Supermarket in a short walking distance,Cons: When you move in you will need to wash everything due to the dust. The paint is nice but cheap (easily scratched), some rooms have the telephone connection in the bathroom (illogical). If you take a bath the drainage will need to be drained slowly or the bathroom will flood. I cant stress how much you will need to clean the apartment. I moved in after my landlord paid for a company to clean, yet i had to wash everything, clean the floor and pretty much everything else. The gym needs towels and wipes for the equipment.Recommendations: go for a 1 bedroom if you want space, but if you dont have many things a studio would be perfect.Please NOTE.... you need to ask your landlord to wash the carpet pillow and beddings. IT IS EXTREMELY DUSTY.

Building construction and management is very poor. Our apartment had drainage blocked, and ac not working properly. In order to fix issues, you need to call helpline, which is a very inefficient process and takes time!

Best location , design , furnished apartments coming through end 2018 . Can’t wait
