It is an amazing community to live in. It is inside a compound so it is safe for children. There are many different people here and small playgrounds for the little ones. Overall it is a nice residential place.

The worst maintained wasl building I have seen anywhere..Stray parking blocking you completely from taking your car by unauthorised people entering the premises is a common practice.

Apartments are priced low , but it’s far to drive , I still visit my son and his family there, but honestly I hope he moves to a better and bigger place for his growing family. There’s not much for children to do there and the surrounding areas could use some cleaning. Also the security at the gate aren’t so smart, they tell us to park when most of the parking is blocked off.

Very good apartments

Good for families as its a community. It worths only 25% less than the current range of rents due to the following reasons:-1. Old Split A/c units ( all units are very old, and the outer bodies are broken, technicians fix it with masking tapes)2. Kitchen & washroom fittings are very old, no tub in the bathroom.3. As promised, there is no 24 hour maintenance service available now. Now BK gulf maintenance team is available for 8am-5pm only.4. Gate access card system is very old, difficult to sense, sometimes security has to intervene to open the gate.

But apartment is very small. 1bhk around 650 sqft is too less space and rates are very high comparing market rate. Building is too old ones as well. Security is good. Easy accessibility to shops and nearby marhaba mall which has good option of grocery shopping. Car maintenance and market is near by

Good place to live in Dubai. Last month there is a new GYM also opened just opposite to the Gate 1. Optima Fitness.

Located in the Al Khor Industrial area of Dubai it is a Middle Class residential area thats well organised ideal for small families starting off in Dubai. Its served by Several small Malls that are accessible by food from the residence in good weather. Good residents area in ras al khor

I am not a resident. But i visited there this week. Loved the place.. Multi cultural closed community residential apapartments with all amenities provided. There is even masjid inside. Also very neat and organised. Visitors have different parking area which i thought was great for both the residents and visitors. Apartmenta are very nice and clean. Rooms are average size. And the kitchen size is very good for uae rental apartment standards. Overall very impressed with the amenities for that renrental rates.

Nice gated community eith excellent road connectivity to all major business centers in Dubai and Abudhabi.Well kept and even has facilities for dry and wet waste, collection center for throw away cloths etc. This helps the children in this community develop a sense of sustainable life and to know that there are many kids of their age who live in poverty and lack of resources.Teaching them young to not squander away resources and share is the biggest take away from this apartment complex.
