Hospitality level is on top! Room is great, all the electronic devices, fridge, washing machine… are working properly ! Definitely will come back!But just for guests… don’t go metro by walk, take a taxi and catch Aljafaliya metro station if you are going to the side of downtown, or Union if your way is Deira side.

Hotel Apartment with everything you need for your stay. If you are planning to visit dubai, get hotel Apartment instead of Hotels. Apartments will have all the things you will need in your stay. Savoy Suites employee are very cooperative. Everything is nearby from malls to supermarket to parks, all fast food chains.Pro tip - Ask for room on higher floor with balcony on front side for best view and ambience.

Clean..Friendly staff..near amenities such as Burjuman Mall and train station..and market..everything is within working distance. The room had a kitchenette equipped with Cutlery and pots..mini refrigerator with a small freezer inside it..plus a washing machine/dryer i.e 2 in 1..room service is provided daily..theres a rooftop pool..the jacuzzi was closed due to the pandemic.There are 2 dry Saunas too..overall a Beautiful Place to Stay.

Good property, well maintained, good staff and good location in city, metro nearby

Visited recently to meet friends who were staying here for a short period of time, I found the place very pleasant and welcoming. Well maintained and clean environment with good feedback from my friends about the rooms. Only reason they moved to another place for more rooms and bigger space to stay longer.

Everything was all set up when we came, even it was around 2am. The reception is very accommodating and no hassle from check in.All the staff was nice, the place is clean and the location is not busy, you can sleep peacefully. And it is near to the grocery stores.

I stayed at 3 different hotels in the Al Mankhool area, based on my experience here are the pros and cons when using Savoy Suites Hotel:Pros:WIFI - very good WIFI in rooms, exceptional in the lobby/ dining area, this was my main reason for moving to them, as the other 2 hotels had around 14mbps, and Savoy Suites didnt disappoint (avg 35mbps+) in rooms, (avg 79mbps+) in lobby and dining area.Staff - Very courteous staff, offering a glass of juice when arriving for check in, tea and coffee in the afternoons, glass of water when staying in the dining area and where very flexible when it came to extending my booking for an extra day.Rooftop area - Nice rooftop pool and lounge area, had my fair share of reading sessions there in the amazing sun, during the early afternoon.TV Channels for Business - the only hotel to have Bloomberg, CNN etc. good for keeping up with financials and general business news from abroad.Balcony - The only hotel out of the 3 that had a spacious balcony, with chairs for reading at night or just look out on to the street.Cons:Gym - Unfortunately this experience ranked 3rd out of the 3 hotels I stayed in; with lack of air conditioning, part of the air conditioning was integrated with the treadmills etc, but its not only the head that needs cooling during a workout; they were the only gym to not have a water station/ fountain, you can purchase bottles of water from reception for a price or bring your own; fair enough theyre a business that needs to operate with margin in mind; and the range of equipment was not as comprehensive (no barbells etc)Cupboards and Living room TV - Cupboard for hanging clothing located in the bathroom itself, not very practical to keep clothes there and the TV in the living room had a lot of static unable to watch anything there, not really an issue as TV in the bedroom worked like a charm.Hot Water - Conserving energy is good, going green is good, but even with leaving the hot water on for long periods, would only really hold temperature for 14mins, very much a splash and dash affair if youre more than 1 person or like a long shower.Overall, Ill say its a very nice hotel for a business stay, quick and efficient and I cant stress how great the staff are hence, the rating as I primarily needed to be able to work efficiently during my time in Dubai; now for a long-term holiday stay, where theres no need to work aside from checking the odd email etc; I would have to think about it.

Good location nice room good ambiance nice food value for money

I stayed there with my family of 4 for 25 nights in July 2020. It is the good value for money. The staff is welcoming and always there for help. Every day they served popcorn for my kids and sometimes ice cream too. We are already missing our stay there .

Service is excellent but few people in the front desk were non coperative when it came to extending the stay. The hotel charges are way higher, you could get much better hotel stays for lesser amount.We stayed there for almost 20 days and had to extend stay twice and both the time they were not supportive and had to make online booking to extend our stay, didnt wait for the 3rd extension of stay and vaccated the place for another hotel

Well maintained hotel, clean rooms. Exactly as seen in the pictures. Room has a king size bed and a sofa cum bed. There us a collapsible door in between, which helps it make 2 rooms at night, each has a seperate TV. The only thing that could be better in it was AC in the king size bed section once the collapsible door is closed, it didnt cool the section that well. Kitchen utensils are limited but enough for short stay. Bathrooms are clean and spacious. Gym and pool are good. Staff is very polite and helpful.If you are going to use taxi for your commute then it is very convenient. For metro it is 10 minutes walk, depending on the climate/temperature it may be less or more tiresome.

We stayed here for 6 nights. The location is good on a prime location in Bur Dubai. Everything is close to the hotel, metro 10-12 minutes walk, supermarket 3 minutes walk and you can get a taxi easily outside the hotel. Staff was very good and our check-in was hassle free. Though the room was not ready when we reached and had to wait in the lobby for some time. Room was good enough for 3 people with one master bed and one side bed. We took the room with kitchenette and everything was there as mentioned. Cleaning staff was great as they kept the room super clean all the days!!Gave four stars coz they provided only one mineral water bottle at the time of arrival even though we stayed for 6 nights.Overall a good experience and will recommend!!!

Overall good. Kind and understanding staff. Smoking smell /odour needs to be eliminated. Sofa bed needs to be cleaned properly to remove odour and maintained properly to remove the squeaky noise from the springs. Wardrobe in bathroom is not good due to steam /mist after shower affecting the clothes in the wardrobe.

Very nice clean, the best all staff are humble and polite, especially Mr Othman, taking care of every small detail. 👍

Stayed in this hotel for 3 days and service is very good.But room space (Executive studio with balcony) is too compact..especially kitchen wash basin and bathtub is too small.Safety locker, wardrobe and bag luggage store placed inside washroom. It is too bad.

Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful.Rooms were cleaned daily and simple drinks refreshed.Santa came to visit!Good variety in the breakfast buffet and room service had yummy meals.Close to major metro lines.All in all, our family party of 6 enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was very good. We had pleasent stay for a week. We also had breakfast at hotel which was also good. Room service was also quick and good. Reception was helpful and was indian so there was no issue of communication . Room was very clean and very big. It was studio room with kitchen.Also last day we kept our luggage at hotel only after checkout.

I stayed for 5 nights there. The hotel is located at a very good location.The supermarket and metro station are quite near, you can get there anytime you want without looking for a conveyance.Staff is supportive and good in nature.As they do have few more branches near by, the hotel arranges a bus every morning at 9:20 to take you to La Mer Beach and come back at 13:20.Also they provide you the towels and a mat.Room is clean enough.But the bathroom is bit congested and small in size.Room with Kitchenette is something you should go for as it gives more comfortability to cook what and how you want.Hope to be there soon again !

Negatives- First room we were given smelled like mildew, only 3 outlets to plug in electronics, boring view, old building, no alcohol, buffet was small with little selections.Positives- staff was very friendly and helpful, stink room was changed, immediately, bed was very comfortable, food was good. Spacious room and nice bathroom for the money.Even though had some big negatives, I would consider to stay here again.

The check-in , even though it was at 1am, was effortless - Sachin was at the helm and welcoming. Throughout the stay, they offered several instances of reflecting an excellent service culture - always attentive (loved how everyone in the team holds their hand to their heart to greet), able to understand any request at the first instance, offered solutions. The rooms were well appointed, spacious and very clean. The furniture too was well maintained. The breakfast spread was sufficient and varied enough to be able to enjoy it everyday during the week long stay.

Studio apartments are well furnished..I feel they could have built a spacious kitchen instead of keeping the closet in the bathroom and wasting a lot of space there..

Cheap and best hotel in this area

Came all the way from Florida. This hotel was great. The staff are very nice, always making sure you are well taken care of. The rooms are clean and maintained. Location is not far from metro and attractions. I am very pleased with my stay at Savoy Suites

Best room , staff and service . Room is very neat and maintained very well . Only one negative comment is the extra bed provided to us is not comfortable. The staff very kind and helpful . Staff surprised us by celebrating our family member birthday. Very much home like feel . Will stay next time too .

Good location if you plan to do things around Bur Dubai. The staff are very friendly and room sizes are good. Breakfast is good with a good selection of food items, fruits and dairy items.The hotel has a small swimming pool but does not have a separate kids pool and the pool is not climate controlled so water can get very cold during winters.Overall a very good hotel apartment for familh stay.

Great location close to metro srations but on a quiet street. Service was excellent throughout. Hotel manager noticed my wife was feeling under the weather. When we came back to the room, there was fresh lemon, honey and camomile tea and a hot water bag waiting for her. Super friendly staff. Also rooms were big!

Awesome.What a lovely decision it was to book Savoy Suites for our stay in Dubai. Lovely spacious and beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, functional washing machine (which we used maximum), microwave, refrigerator and iron stand ( our favorite again).Rooms are kept really clean. I felt relaxed retiring to my room in the evening.Breakfast is a good spread... We thoroughly enjoyed the delicacies.Reception staff was truly courteous.Swimmingpool, sauna, jacuzzi all fantastic.Worth going back again and again

Its a good hotel, right in the middle of the main Dubai city. Airport is about 11-12 km, metro is 900 meters away or 10 minutes walking distance, taxis are easily available, the nearby area is great for food and shopping. The service is good and well maintained hotel, overall good for family, business and a short vacation home in Dubai.

Very nice hotel

The hotel decor is dated and needs a refresh urgently. The pictures on their site do not represent the true state of the decor or general aesthetic atmosphere of the hotel. The breakfast is also very limited in choice. The staff on the other hand are helpful. In summary I will not be staying here again unless a major renovation of the facilities is done.

Not bad, affordable prices

Very good maintenance and good response of staff and reception. The closes metro (Burju*** ) is located at a 10 minutes walk. There is easy access to public transportation. The amenities in the room were great. The team there just couldnt do enough. The hotel was booked at a reasonable price.

I stayed at savoy suites between 15-21 March in one of the apartments. It was a home away from home. The experience was fabulous. Friendly staff, clean hotel room, free transportation to some choice locations, gym, sauna, pool, jaccuzzi are the things to look out for. My stay was interesting and i wished it wouldnt end but for my job in Lagos. I recommend savoy to everyone and will continue to use this hotel on my next visits to Dubai. Be rest assured you will get great value for your money. Thanks to a great team

Everytime I go to Dubai I stay here. The staff are excellent and free buffet continental breakfast is included. The rooms are perfect as the include a small kitchenette including washing machine. The toilets are very roomy and have ample space for luggage. Definitely a must stay because is close to amenities and the computer plaza where you can find great prices for electronics. All round perfect location !

Exceptional customer service. Fachin was amazing. The beds were small but we loved every other thing about the hotel apartment. They gave my son a cake on his birthday which was very the highlight of our stay in Savoy. We will stay here again .

I prefer Savoy Central. My family and I were put on a smoking floor and it wasnt a good experience at all. The staff was friendly but the cleaning wasnt up to my standard. However Central was a lot better.

Breakfast is good but the options can be increased daily to give customers variety. The wifi wasnt too stable & strong. We had to complain about it to the manager, though he sent the technical guy to check it out. Generally the hotel requires a total facelift. The apartment appliances are becoming outdated.But the greatest asset of Savoy Suites is their staff. They are always committed & happy to help customers to have a comfortable stay.Thanks for making our vacation a lovely one.

Unable to Sleep, may be lot of bed bugs are there. Not comfortable rooms, bad odour coming from Aircon. No ventillation.

Friendly staff and tidy rooms. Had a kitchen facility in room. So we can cook our required foods in room itself. Room service people used to clean them too. Overall awesome stay with unlimited breakfast and open roof swimming pool.

Home away from home. Loved this apartment hotel. Nice and friendly staff. Location is good with lot of shopping and restaurants around and accessible from metro station.

Pictures looks better than the real hotel. Its not in a good location either (old Dubai). You can get a hotel that is cleaner and more modern for lesser price on the other side of town in Dubai. All of the hotels in Dubai are accessible by metro. Savoy is more like a motel.

Though room is very small for 3 persons the overall experience is good. The suit we selected is not suitable or recommended for 3 people and my request not to give such rooms for 3 Adults.

My husband and I researched quite a bit on where to stay before we decided on Savoy Suites for our honeymoon in Dubai. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel, it was clean, the staff were warm and courteous and it was perfect for us. We loved the fact that the room could be separated by closing the doors and we just really enjoyed the area and room itself.
