This is one of the worst building in UAE, if not the worst. completely poorly trained maintenance team with no understanding whatsoever of what is maintenance or how it can be done. Ceilings are opened everywhere in common areas and corridors for maintenance that have been going on for at least a year, didnt bother to close. They have came to my apartment to fix a drain pipe and gave us a gift before they leave.. fingerprints on walls, messy tiles with no grout, and on the top of that they were literally spitting on the floor while doing the Job that took them 5 hours when it can be done in one. pictures speaks for itself. The one star rating is a generosity but it has to be there to post the review. please do not think even of considering this as an option and save your money.

It is a really good place to live although the kids should be allowed to play from wherever they come from otherwise is is an essential place for a family to live.
