Can’t be happier to live here. I’ve been in Dubai for over 20 years and this is by far the best place I’ve lived in. I bought a flat in this building and the sea view is unlike anything else. It’s luxurious and the new improved management is perfect and answers all your concerns and issues. The security, staff, reception, and call center are all very helpful and professional. The facilities are AMAZING and unlike anything else I’ve seen in a residential building. They have a proper cinema, sauna, spa, gym and kids playroom. The place is also really convenient since it’s right at Marina Walk which is known to be a tourist attraction. 5 stars :)

This is by far one of the worst towers I have ever lived in Dubai.don’t get me wrong this is a great tower when it works- but in the short time of 3 months- there has been Mould, leakage, strong odors(stinking), faulty Acs, and today the cherry on the cake- non accessible to elevators- which means you either stuck in your apartment or outside on the ground floor-(bare in mind this is now the 8hr)The staff are so friendly, however the building is just built cheaply, and no secondary measures.The management have either no clue on what they doing or don’t know how to communicate to their tenants- Management if you are reading this- remember it’s the tenants of the building which keep you in a job. They have zero ways of communication to the tenants and this is why the entire building is highly annoyed.I understand things happens. But I have never lived in a building where atleast once a month something occurs- also this building is less than 3 years old.

Many recurrent issues: lighting, horrible smell from the guest toilet, management deactivating cards if your landlord is not paying service charges...Positives are the facilities (cinema room, spa...) and flats are quite spacious (06 unit).

Building management is the worst Ive experienced in 27 years of living in the UAE. Not only do they block tenants access because of their own disputes with landlords, but they also dont provide any repairs whatsoever! The building is barely 2 years old and all it took was 1 day of heavy rain for the common areas to be flooded and apartments to be damaged.Stay away! the location and aesthetics are not worth the headache.

It’s a very nice place to live. There are some issues with maintenance, however the amenities at podium 5 are very good. I think just a quite place to work or study is missing such as library, as the lounge area is busy and sometimes noisy. Their BBQ parties for residents or kids outdoor cinema sessions are brilliant!!!

- Worst management- Worst smell everywhere- There is no pest control- I got fined AED 1,500 for smoking a cig near the pool area, it was my second day in the building and there were no signs (not in the pool)- If you have palm view, you will not be able to sleep, they are building the tallest hotel right in front of the tower, and believe me, its loud, day and night!Not recommended!

Quiet and nice place. But the construction not yet completed. Still not yet open for clients.Its near the Walk. Currently there is lot of constructions going on nearby the hotel which may be annoying if you are going out for a walk. You can easily walk to the marina and catch cruise ships. Also you can enjoy lot of free weekend shows on Marina. Tram station is near by walkable distance.

Terrible building. Been here for 11 months & cant wait to leave. The apartment is constantly leaking with severe mold growing on the ceiling throughout. Damac facilities are mostly very unhelpful. Only 2 treadmills in the gym & 1 has been broken for 2 months now. There is also very bad congestion in front of the building as the taxi drivers double park & leave no room to pass. Definitely a building to avoid!

Missing trash can in the apartment.Dirty glass and mirror in the bathroom and at the balcony.I would like to have some more EU type power socket.

The building is good. But, When u asking internet service provider for this building then RECEPTION will recommend u Etisalat is good condition and they will give u brochure with contact point. If u contact to him, u can experience how terrible customer service

Scammers alert!!!!I have moved out of unit 4707 a few days ago and the landlord suddenly decided not to show up on the promised date, knowing that I have to leave in a few days.They (the landlord and the real estate agent) started to ignore my msgs and never told me how and when to return my money (around 27000 aed) and only gave me nonsensical excuses.I suspect they are in this together.

Bad tower - it appears very nice, however the management is awful and every time that there is an issue in the apartment, they will not fix it and try to charge you. (Normal or fendi apartments).Management very rude by email and never answer to telephone calls.

My Issue with DAMACI have purchased a unit in DAMAC height project (Fendi Design) in April 2017 from an Exhibition done by DAMAC in Oman.DAMAC sell me the apartment in Oman and they know that I am not a resident of UAE and therefore do not have any bank account in UAE and ever cannot create the current account according to UAE law without having a residence card.The company (DAMAC) did not highlight any specific requirements during my purchase and even during my payment of the required deposits before the handover time.Only during Handover which is also delayed toll April 2018 (as per reservation suppose to be on November 2017), DAMAC asked me to provide Bank checks from Local Bank.I have tried all the ways to get a bank current account in UAE to provide the requested checks but there was no way to do this as all banks refused to provide my Bank account even when requested to be a joint account with other Friend living in UAE and already have Bank account in UAE.Till date I did not get any other solution and DAMAC still insisting on their requirements and refused any other Proposals for providing them any other Grantee or checks from my bank in Oman.I need somebody to help me to find a solution for this issue.It is not fair that the company cheats me and sells the unit to me in Oman knowing that I cannot provide the handover checks in order just to sell and take my money then force me in either provide such requirements or pay the entire remaining amount in cash.
