We stayed at this hotel for three days. Unfortunately, the staff is very rude and not professional. The check-in process took forever. The check-out was even worse; they requested us to pay around 465 dirhams more than the original price claiming that it was taxes that we didnt pay for it before. We had to speak to them again until they realized that they had made a mistake with the price !!!!I would like to thank Ms. Yasmine for helping us sort out the payment issue.Please be careful with the final payment if you decide to book at this hotel. As well, it was too noisy we couldnt sleep properly. The elevator at this hotel is another story; prepare yourself to wait and wait and wait.....I definitely do not recommend it.

I would have given the Hyatt regency 5 stars for its cleanliness and facilities - ONLY for its cleanliness and facilities which is up to the mark . But otherwise , their service is lacking and there are many more better hotels with better hospitality .I stayed here on the 24/25 th august in room 1109 and was not satisfied at all with the service .1) I specifically asked for a quiet room, they replied saying they’ll try - I was given a room next to the elevators and the walls must be really thin because the whole night I could here the rumbling of the elevators up and down.Also one can here the guests in the other rooms easily , so if you’re a light sleeper looking for some rest - this hotel with its thin walls isn’t going to help2) delayed in room dining. I placed an order for dinner to be sent to my room at 9:48 pm … waited … and waited … at 10:55 pm I called them and was told “ in 5 minutes we are sending it”…. So if you order a simple dinner of rice and daal be prepared to wait like an hour !!Also the food was mediocre. For the time they took one would expect the chef prepared some fabulous version or something … so again disappointed.3) the room I booked had breakfast included . I was told it was a buffet breakfast and can’t have it sent up to the room . Ok fine , no issues . However I had a change in my schedule and had to check out early, I didn’t have time to sit down and do a buffet breakfast so when I went down to the restaurant I requested a small takeaway of some fruit or breakfast items like maybe a muffin or croissant from the buffet selection to be packed . I was told it “ wasn’t possible “Like seriously? I’ve stayed at other 5 star hotels where they gladly and happily provide one with a small box where in one can fill up with some easy packable eating item like - a sandwich or muffin etc and maybe take a piece of fruit too.Over here they just were like -“ sorry it’s not allowed”Really Hyatt regency ? You can’t provide one tiny card box to a guest whose already fully paid for your breakfast buffet … you won’t even let them have a muffin???That’s like the most stingiest rule . Shame.it’s like daylight robbery.And in times like a pandemic , this hotel would rather press their customers to sit in the restaurant and eat than to do a simple takeaway. It’s not like I asked for a 5 course meal to be packed. I just wanted a few breakfast items .4) attitude of staff- I get that hospitality is a tough and tiring line , that a lot of times people at desks have to fake the smile and welcome. But here the staff (3 out of 4 I had contact with) had an air of snobbishness. Not at all warm and congenial . Very sad .I don’t often post bad reviews of a place but I just had to let people now that there are much better hotels than this and not to waste their money at the Hyatt regency creek side hotel.

This stay was bad from arrival. Waited 20 minutes for the lift. Got to the room and the power tripped for the kitchen. Spoke to someone at 6.30pm and did not hear back until 10.30pm.Reception/services rarely answer the phone-I think I spent more time making trips to reception and rectifying maintenance problems in the room than actually enjoying my stay. Reception staff disputed between them (in front of me) who will deal with my complaints.I should have paid for 3 people stay, rather than 2 because I had maintenance in the room so often. Their only compensation was giving 50% discount on 1/3 nights of stay.The only blessing was Mahran- maintenance who is so polite and really tried helping.Definitely do not recommend.

This hotel has nothing to do with 5 stars or Hyatt regency chain! We have been to Dubai several times before, and never faced the same experience. We arrived late at night after a long flight, and they gave us a very bad room, dirty and the furniture is consumed. Regarding the hotel team, it seems that either they are trained on how to lie to customers or how not to respect your customer You can easily find a better option even 4 stars hotels in Dubai are better than this. Besides that the beds are extremely uncomfortable.

Rude Manager, poor service at front desk. Lifts are filthy. Having stayed in 100s of hotels around the world and so many in dubai never seen such filthy lifts and they are all like this. Very poor from Hyatt for such a simple thing

Very bad attitude of the call center when I called for reservation, I stayed on hold for 10 minutes and the lady was very rude!I wonder how the visit experience will be

So many issues with the power in the room reception are very rude and unhelpful. Spent more time with the maintenance than my family. Never coming back here again
