A well maintained building with luxurious faculties. The maintenance and admin staff is well mannered and respectful. This building is ideal to.live in as its located at a perfect place. Sheikh Muhammad bin Zaid and Umm e Suqeem roads are very closed to it. It takes a 10 minutes drive to reach the mall of emirates.

Very good location, fair overall, good security, good facilities. Only it gets sometimes dustier because of near constructions, rarely noisey from motors in motor city.

Good location but area is still developing. Very spacoius studios and good quality for the money.

Good place to live, far from all the heavy traffics,24H security, damac shuttle bus to mall of Emirates, there is to groceries near by And also al barsha city center with express carrefour only 15 minutes walking,The only thing fire alarm system sometimes annoying

Worst building and management ever. When I first rented 2 years ago, i was told that the roads and the construction are done and the parking outside will be ready in few weeks. We live in the dust...

Its ok building but a lot of issues with parking, alarm. Also they are not doing anything to improve on whats beside the building. No plans to make it green.

Amazing residency and clean

Nice building ,very good security ,have swimming pool and gym and Sauna .The most bad thing is when the sauna broken and its happens 2 time no body come and fix all the time tomorrow .The the furniture very bad quality .

Too much construction going on

Poor facilities and the studio I stayed in was unclean in terms of insects

Unfortunately too much dust and noise from surrounding building sites
