Good location to stay, but never don’t think to try the gym, it’s really shame on Damac management which since 2 years couldn’t find solution to fix the A/C in the gym and once you enter you start sweating?!!!! And (It’s only 120sqft)!!!

Its a good residential building but little bit anoying due to constructions in sourrounding areas.

I was reading a lot of negative feedback about multiple new DAMAC properties in this area. Now how do I trust this building is good in terms of MEP services, maintenance, management, etc..

A very good quality building. However it’s situated in between construction so it’s very loud there.

Very good stay. Thanks to Aboud who made our stay very pleasant ✨The view of the construction sites is disturbing. Balcony which is not used much since the noise of the works is very present. However the room is well soundproofed 👍🏼 The only thing missing was the light at the pool in the evening would have been appreciated. Quality / price top 10 / 10👍🏼 I recommend

Everything is nice to note if the 1000 insurance payment through the network does not return directly to you from your exit, it will return to you for a maximum period of 14 days. The best is to pay the insurance cash. I now have two days until now, the amount that was supposed to be retrieved from them is not explained to the customer, as well as a note of the cleaning of the apartment on you, they give you a company number you communicate with, and they clean the apartment with your account. You only have to flee to another place. You are in Dubai. The choices are many, I wish for months. The amount was not returned for your information.

Frankly, the hotel does not rise to be a part of the Damac chain, as it is completely different from the rest of the chain in terms of services and cleanliness, and the hassle of construction work continues day and night and I could not sleep as well as there is no phone in the room and very poor room service, I booked three days and stayed two days and went out due to negligence and inconvenience I did not get a refund for the third day.Also, the hotel asks for 1000 dirhams insurance, and in the event of going out, everyone is procrastinating in returning it !!Really bad experience
