PROS:* It is a cheap building to rent and buy*quit big unites*easy access to the exit of the neighborhood connected with the highway.CON: *the building has a lot of issues, it is not well maintained*Every year the AC had to be repaired at least thrice a year, while the maintenance guys were repairing it last time they broke the handle of my bathroom door together with the tub ( as the AC tubes were passing above the tub, so they put the ladder into thw tub)*The basement parking is leaking from the ceiling so part of the ceilings coat is chipping and falling on top of your car*no AC and no exhaust system in the parking- durung the summer in the basement is around 40-45 degrees*no exhaust systems in the apartments( kitchen and bathroom)*no proper AC in the corridor of the floors- especially high floors- 13th,14th - even it is on, the temperature is constantly 30 and above

Please dont even thing of taking an apartment for rental from this building...They are having gym, pool everything but useless.. Also the construction is not good because you can easily hear everytime running, walking sound from the above floor apartments.. Moreover the Air conditioning is the worst one..Most of the apartments are from direct owners so keep in mind the whole money you give as security deposit is gone or you wont get back for sure..Once again warning whoever is trying to get an apartment from this building. Please avoid.. Especially from 10-15 floor.Take it your own risk..

Building location is so so. And honestly the building is not being maintained properly. However, apartments are quite big.

Stating that the building managment is atrocious is an understatement. Housekeeping is bare minimum, leaks are solved by using buckets, elevators are out of service quite often, and AC is a nightmare. Gym is poorly maintained, and most of the equipment dont work. As for the pool, I personally dont risk it.

The maintenance at this building is appalling, at best; and almost non-existent, with a tiny bit of exaggeration. terrible, terrible management - oh wait ... there IS no management!

Not an option to move in to -if you are seeking quite and clean residence, since the plots around it will soon be developed by Azizi and others. Traffic builds up at early morning rush hours specially at the exit roundabout, adding more irritations to neighbourhood residents
