Would like to thank Regine, from the Duja Office staff on the second floor, for her professional and prompt action with regards to sorting out and facilitating some wrongly submitted cheques from my end for the rent. Much appreciated.She was also very helpful in assisting with an AC issue in the apartment with the maintenance team.Thank you for working hard to make the tenants life in Duja easier and happier !

Really happy with the building. Its the small things that make a big impact, you never have to wait for an elevator, the lights work on almotion sensors, the gym and the pool are well equipped and taken care of... The apartments themselves are quite modern with big layouts.The staff and the maintenance personnel are very efficient and effective. Specially Regine, who has gone above and beyond to help whenever she can!

Easy access and spacious bedrooms with a great facilities

Former resident. The pool is almost always closed for repairs and the gym is not well equipped. I found a lot of hidden fees in the rent so it turned out to be far more expensive than expeted. Construction on the courtyard carried on the entire year of my lease (!!). My water bill (charged through the building) remained very high even when the apartment sat empty. They have no handiman and if anything goes wrong you are on your own!

One the worst decisions in my whole life was to live in this tower. The security are rude and the parking is a nightmare. It is not properly designed and the risk of hitting a car is extremely high inside.My apartment was one of the damaged apartments with the the fire and was left without repairing for more than 4 months. I was living in there in a hazardous conditions without them taking any action. And every time i ask, they tell me they will fix it and they come and check it but nothing happens. The funny thing was they sent me a renewal contract for this damaged apartment after my lease contract expired. I have refused and informed them that i am leaving. When i moved out i made sure to paint all the walls and clean everything apart from the damaged area. The apartment was left spotless.After handing in the apartment they informed me that the deposit will be refunded after one month at least (which was fine) after one month and a half i kept spending them emails every week ... after 3 months they sent me a statement that they will charge 2500 for cleaning and repairing the apartment!!Although it was already damaged from the fire and i was very particular in mentioning everything in the initial inspection when receiving the apartment and the final inspection when returning it back. Inspite of many arguments and loads of emails I finally got the remaining of the deposit after more than 4 months.The idea is not about the money but about what is right and wrong and about basic principles. I was paying 100s of thousands for the rent and i would gladly give away the deposit money if i was told at the beginning that it will never be returned in full. Such a disappointment and cheap attitude.

Nightmare.Even tho the building is fairly new, living there was a complete disaster.We had countless problems (water leaks, burst pipes, mold) that were only partially/never solved.Parking is lot is an absolute joke.When the fire happened all the apt got flooded, all our furniture ruined and they refused to reimburse.After the fire the balcony wasnt fix and we were unable to use it for over 4 months.Every time we tried to talk to management they just ignored us.After we left they charge crazy amount of money from the deposit for painting (shouldnt been charged to the tenant) and some scratches on the doors.Dont go live there.Worst experience I had in Dubai

Hat off to Duja tower management, security and staff.This was an unfortunate incident and everyone will have their own opinion and experiences, fire can happen anywhere anytime. Security and management were all the time looking after all residents making sure that everyone were safe and sound, Daily communication on social media, emails and phone calls always ready to answer all kind of question and queries from all of us.Thank for everything well done !

Management is 0Maintrance is 0Quality of materials are 0It’s 2 years almost I’m living at this tower there is kids playing area at the roof in this 2 years under work and not finishedAlso back area which is they said small park for residents still not ready after 2 yearsAnd about last fire break i have to say they don’t do anything for tenantsAfter 2 days was still elevators not working and we go by stairs to 37 floorNow 3 days i have pain in my legs and my back.I would like to leave this tower but i sign the contract and can’t leave 🙁

I am a tenant at Duja since 16 months and the recent fire incident showed me how helpful and considerate the entire management team of Duja has been. This was an unfortunate incident and everyone will have their own thoughts and experiences. My husband and I personally felt they handled everything to the best of their capability. Patiently answering our queries, arranging accommodation, helping us getting our luggage down and so on. The security team, the maintenance team and the management team never showed how tired they were working around the clock to make the tenants life better. They were constantly going up and down the stairs with each tenant. They barely got any rest and yet there was a smile on their face while attending to our needs. I got back this morning and since then I have received 2 calls from them asking me if everything was ok plus they have come home to check few things to make sure everything is ok. I am one of the tenants in the 03 series which are damaged the most and all I can say is I am happy to be a part of the Duja family. The tenants are wonderful too because they all came together as a family to help each other. No crisis situation can be handled perfectly and I am sure there’s a learning for all of us in this incident. However, we should learn to appreciate people and the efforts put in by them to resolve issues. We should all be happy that we escaped a dangerous situation with zero casualty.

Hello! We have been staying at the Duja Tower since 2 months and it’s been good so far! The fire incident during this weekend was unpleasant and unfortunate, but the management and the building I must say Handled it well and made sure the people moved back within 48 hours of the Fire Mishap.The entire security team, management and other various departments including engineering were working non stop so we can sleep at our respective house. Much appreciated and Many Thanks. We assure you this is a safe and sound environment and the building is truly multi national community and it’s a pleasure to be staying in the heart of the city! Big Thank you to you all and I’m certain and positive proper necessary and firm action will be taken now for the welfare of the people living here.

Worst tower in Dubai!Last year when we moved in honesty they were a good tower. But they have changed their staff or something they have horrible horrible attitude and horrible policies in place. Like we have to go downstairs to get our groceries ?! Why am I ordering to get it to my door when the arrogant reception force us to go downstairs just to bring the cleaning boys to send the groceries upstairs ? WE ARE NOT RENEWING WOTH THIS TOWER. Plus the reception is very very very rude. Horrible horrible tower !

VERY BAD FIRE MANAGEMENT FROM DUJA TOWER! WORST EXPERIENCE IN DUBAI!!! WE ARE LEAVING DUJA TOWER!!!!!!The management was very Bad in dealing with fire situation that burnt the facade from 3rd floor to 53rd floor. By the way the fire alarms in our apartments didn’t go off. The management has put on social website few hours ago that they have kept us updated and informed all the time, that’s a lie. They said they have informed us that they made arrangement in ibis hotel?!also a lie! Where and how did they inform us? Where the email? Where’s the phone call? Where’s the message? Everyone I know said they didn’t know?! Why are they telling the news that they did such an amazing job when they are worst management ever. They made us feel helpless this is not acceptable and will pursue legal actions against them! Many people are distressed, passed out and had troubles sleeping and felt helpless because the management is not providing us with the slightest. And also how were we supposed to check in hotel and we don’t have our passports And wallets?! And why did we have to take the stairs not elevators? I saw many people taking elevators. And management following some 1990 attitude that they could care less. All what they did was when we have delivery come to our flat they would not let them leave our package that what they do! To make our lives a living nightmare. We are leaving Duja tower and I know at least 5 other families that will NOT renew with Duja. Very upsetting management

We recently had an accident that has been the talk of town pretty much. It was definitely an unexpected situation that was handled with immense care by the Management, Civil Defense and Dubai Police. When leaving our homes on Thursday evening we had no idea that wed be out for the entire weekend. However, with constant updates on Social Media, Emails, Online Portal and WhatsApp we were kept aware of next steps. Just a couple hours into the fire there was an entire set-up for families at the hotel beside us, and by night a confirmation that our hotel stay would be taken care by the management. The same continued over the week and while it was worrying that something of this magnitude happened overnight, it was calming at the same time to see how well everything was handled. The day of check-in was also so unexpected - we had a pop-up coffee shop for all residents to relax whilst security and management helped with updates on our apartments and moving in. Incredible work done by Duja!

I would like first to thank Duja Tower Owners for their amazing help, generosity for taking so much care of their residents that they consider their family since day 1 since I came to this building 2 years ago.And specially on Thursday evening, when the fire took place in the building.They have done EXCEPTIONAL HELP that no one would have done.Live updates were share on Duja Tower Watsapp group, tenant portal and emails, they were working round the clock non stop.I also would like to thank Duja Tower Management (Mr, Riyad, Mr. Reyam, Mr Sunir), Security, Maintenance, Technical, Cleaners and all the team that came to help during the rush time.They hired a big number of people to make sure that tenants can come back at the earliest to their flats. Usually in other buildings, in such situation, it takes at least one week. We came back after 2 days 😃 only.They booked rooms in Ibis Hotel and they even told all residents to find alternative accommodations and that they will refund them for the same.They also brought a catering company the next day to the building to provide food for those who need food.THEY DID SOMETHING THAT IS OUTSTANDING! I have never seen someone doing such assistance and help to their tenants.Duja Management went ABOVE and BEYOND of what someone can expect.God bless the Owners of Duja Tower and the management team and all the team that worked round the clock.

I have been living here since 7months...and have to say the recent fire incident can happen anywhere anytime...the building was evacuated in 20 mins! And we could easily connect with the building management via social media or the numbers the management provided! Each update was being sent on the watsapp. We also requested to return as we were with our 8months old baby (like many other families) and we returned after a day! Also the management allowed us to take our belongings once in the daytime.I have to say the management really cares and was alert and taking our requests so humbly...after we returned we were served refreshments and drinks...! I know we also struggled, but here also the security personnels, rescuers, firefighters and management were on a high alert and ensured everyone was safe. Kuds to the authority members, management & staffto ensure everyone was safe, to take time to speak to each one of us on a personal level, and also ensured a warm welcome when we returned! 👏👏👏🙏🙏

An elegant residential building on Sheikh Zayed road Dubai. It has Sheraton Grand Dubai on one side and Sama Towers on the other side. Opposite is the World Trade Centre. A building with 52 floors and a pool and Jacuzzi and other facilities on the roof top. All modern facilities are available. It also has a Carrefour Market on the ground floor and also a restaurant. There is a separate seven floor parking area behind the building. A nice space for children to play is also available. A place worth staying.

We have been enjoying our living at the DUJA TOWER for almost two yearsThe building is neat and clean and besides other facilities like gym & swimming pool there is a huge open area in front for the kids to playThere has been an unfortunate fire incident on 200220 around 20:20 but the evacuation was quick & organised took not more than 20 minutes in the processLater the building management worked round the clock to enable safely & return of the residentsAlternate arrangements were made in nearby hotels and the tenants could sleep comfortablyWe are thankful to the owners GM & staff security maintenance staff civil defence and Dubai Police for commendable job done and kind cooperation extended to the tenants through communication & facilitating our return to our apartments within 48 hoursWe hope that concrete measuresare taken to minimize reoccurance of any such .incident in futureWe had a warm welcome on our return to the buildingWell done! 👍 the DUJA TOWER Management and staff

Very well maintained building.. awesome location.. if u planning to rent a long lease apartment in Dubai.. definitely give this a shot..

Lived at Duja since August 2019, by far my favourite residence during my 12 years in Dubai. Reasons why:1) Staff are always friendly, smile and say hello/goodbye.2) Great security, access cards to your residential floor and all visitors must sign in.3) If you want to collect points and pay for rental with credit card, you can! Also option to pay with 6 cheques or less.4) If you need any work, the maintenance team are always in the building which is very helpful (have lived at JBR and Bay Square, where you always have to pay to get someone to visit).5). During the recent evacuation, all residents were asked to sign up to WhatsApp group with regular updates. Displaced only for 2 nights and building management have said theyll cover the cost - something they dont have to do as tenants contents insurance should cover this expense. Majority of residents are so happy with the performance and dedication from all the teams; absolutely no reason to leave or vacate - I am very happy on the 26th floor.6) Community vibe and great mix of nationalities.7) Location is great, easy to get on SZR and if you work at DIFC can walk.

Taken 7 weeks to get our security deposit back and they are charging us nearly 2000aed for repainting the apartment for very very general wear and tear, Im talking a few simple marks in the store room!!! We all know that all apartments in Dubai get a minor repaint before new tenants. And the origianl painting when we moved in was shocking, watered down and patchy.Not only that we are being charged 500aed for deep cleaning. This apartment was left in a perfect state when we moved out, we paid for deep cleaning ourselves to ensure we handed it back the way we recieved it. We have lived here a long time in Dubai and have always been very respectful tenents, we have never come across such poor manangement from a buidling and to be charged so much without any prior warning. Painting does not cost 2000aed!! This matter will be taken further.

I am waiting for my deposit refund for 6 weeks. The deduction from my deposit is AED 2,500 for painting 2 walls where I changed color plus AED 500 for cleaning due to painting job done by the company they hired. I left the apartment in excellent condition. So they charge the tenant for usual werar and tear and cleaning . Terrible management

Don’t move here. We moved from Burj Al Salam next door and it was a huge mistake.

Well- maintained building. Clean and friendly reception staff. The parking aint that good tho, because its at the back of the building.
