The Hyatt exceeded our expectations. Very polite staff in all devisions of the hotel. High standard furniture, awesome pool, delicious food. Highly recommended!!!!

We stayed multiple times and I liked the stay every single time. The rooms are mildly above average in terms of size and equipment - but the service is fast and polite. The check in can get busy, but I cannot complain - the time was still within the acceptable range and the receptionist was extremely helpful.The garden and swimming pools are definitely a major plus of this hotel - there are multiple options for kids - thus not too many kids in the adults area which I appreciated. The garden is huge and relaxing with birds and calming feeling to it.Another major plus are the restaurants in the hotel. They are among the best ratio of price/quality I have as of now seen in Dubai. The breakfast and dinner buffets are great - huge variety and as mentioned, decent price. The Panini restaurant has a great bakery and price-wise is the cheap option to eat in the hotel, but in terms of quality I think it is a delicious bistro comparable with higher end cafes and bistros in Marina or JBR, but for about 60% of the price.The Andiamo is a really good Italian restaurant - price is mid-range, but quality is high standard. And the serve real prosciutto!!!!The Pool Bar is a decent specimen of its kind. Ask for offers on food and drinks combos.I have not tried the other restaurants in the hotel yet, but I definitely will - in the hope that what I described re price/quality is true for them too.Last but not least, the hotel has a spa offer or pool and spa offer - which enables you to leverage the relaxing infrastructure (incl. Indoor pool) for a whole day. No beach of course, but really solid option with high capacity and high quality and cleanliness standards.

Online booking wont help you if you are thinking of an easy check it. It took them one hour, then we were told our room is being changed and bang, half an hour more. They were preparing room for someone who had done booking one month ago and was given the check in time. Apartment was good, good hygiene and furniture. But they dont believe in changing bed sheets daily or replacing towels daily. You will have to request them for that otherwise it may take them three days. Also there wasnt any view except parking area although I was told that it will be a park view room. For an extra mattress, they are going to charge you. It seems no money is enough money. Breakfast was good. Kids area was smaller as per we expected. Pool area was good but unfortunately toddlers pool timings were till 8 pm. I mean when you come to such an expensive place and they tell you only one indoor pool is available 24/7, which was full of men, not family friendly. I think if you want to stay in some good hotel and you want to spend money, you can find better places in Dubai. I wont recommend you to waste your money here.

Excellent apartment stay hotel. Clean, best quality furniture, very comfortable. We got free upgrade from 1 to 2 bedroom apartment. Massive rooms in comparison with hotel standards. Excellent view of creek and creek park as requested. Check in and check out was seamless without any hassle whatsoever. Can definitely recommend this place.

The place is huge, sprawling. Furniture in the rooms are outdated. The place needs some overhaul. Breakfast is good with many choices and ever friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast is busy from 9am. Swimming pool is massive. Kids area is good. Check in and out were flawless

Wonderful experience with my family! we got to enjoy their pool especially the 24hrs indoor one. too bad sauna closes so early.. free room upgraded! so lucky of us got.. staffs are all very helpful. the hotel outdoor pool is amazing compare to other 5 stars hotel weve been to.. thank you GRAND HYATT!!! Job well done...

Our stay at the Grand Hyatt was fabulous. The grounds are amazing and the fitness facility are beautiful. The Awtar restaurant was excellent. Rooms were beautiful and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great place to stay

We loved the choice of many restaurants. The outdoor pool area was large and very green but somewhat disturbed by adjacent subway line. A lot of staff but many just walking in the corridor saying Good Morning, Good afternoon an so on. Those who really were working were not always helpful. Business center was very small and could have wider choice of newspapers. Appreciated to have Netflix on the TV screen

Disappointment is the word to describe our stay here. We were told that it would be our perfect stay, but we found the apartment very dirty even after the review a customer wrote before four months about the hygiene. Another point is that when we came at around 2:50pm we had to wait for more than one hour just to get into our room, although we booked online where it mentioned that the check in was at 2pm.

I am very disappointed in our stay at Grand Hyatt Residence because of the staff delaying our room for 1:20 hours we were told to stay in the swimming pool for the time being we wanted to swim but we were told to give our room number which wasnt given to us yet. In the morning we asked for an extension but the staff did not allow it. had high expectations but how unfortunate.

They charge extra 224 aed for any visitor that comes in your apartment. Thats ridiculous.

There is a small garden for peacocks 🦚.There are many restaurants 🥖🍕🍗🫕🍱🍤🍢🧇 that serve food from all dishes from Arab, Indian, Chinese, Italian, French and international food, in addition to various sweets ... Whatch out ..! The hotel is booked on New Years Eve with an amount of 1000 dirhams or less .. But if you book from their primary site or from booking you will see that there is a fee of 1600 dirhams per person and for children 800 dirhams per child and this is almost hidden you should pay attention to it .. disregarding people with these fees Inappropriate method .. If you want to take a fee, I calculate it in the room’s value in the total amount, not in this way .. Thank God I paid attention before I booked .. Look at this picture from the Bukking site and you will not find it visible in front of you but hidden under the options

There is also a good choice of food, but you can have a homemade ice cream (aed12) in the basement, and there is also a restaurant. Fried rice with seafood and Vietnamese rice noodles are famous there. Enjoy homemade ice cream. Lemon and mango are delicious.

I found the hotel very pleasant, the apartment spacious, with kitchen, laundry room. Two bathrooms, clean and cleaned every day, even the dishes were done.The pools are great, the kids were happy.The park, the greenery was very relaxing.Too bad the noise from the metro, but you get used to it quickly.Everyone was helpful, The free shuttle to the beach, the metro and the mall 5 minutes walk away, with a crossroads store.Would definitely stay there again.
