There are so many fantastic things to mention… I do not know where to begin.It is very professional and they take good care of the guests.I was not happy with our original room, and we were quickly shifted to a new room.Our room was immaculate and everything was in working order. I must admit the bed at Savoy Crest is more comfy than ours at home.It’s near so many things. We even walked to Bur Juman mall! Yet, because Savoy Crest is tucked away, we didn’t get woken up by traffic noise in the morning. Great!The breakfast is fresh and fantastic! Fruit, breads, meats, choice of eggs, tea/coffee, juices were all to be had. We left as full and satisfied as if we went to a buffet.

Very professional staffs! There is nothing to complain about at all. Its a wonderful hotel apartment as you always feel that you are at your home. The rooms were spacious and really clean. Helpful staff especially reception desks. Fast check-in and sanitized rooms. I would like to repeat staying there more times. We booked a studio but Mr Sharma gave us a room upgrade as complimentary and I and my family had a great time.OVERALL we had a great stay in this place. I highly recommend this hotel for providing us, their guests a High-quality customer service. Youve done an EXCELLENT JOB. Everything is all WORTH IT. THANK YOU SO MUCH

We enjoyed our stay here. (A month & a half) very nice location, lots of grocery stores, pharmacists within walking distance. A lovely pool & sitting outlet on the rooftop, a well equipped gym. The staff is extremely helpful & smiling. The rooms are spacious & we had a nice balcony as well. The kitchen is well planned though it was a 1st to have only 2 cooking zones as opposed to 4/5 :)The manager (Mr Madam Sharma) & his entire team (the reception guys, the house keeping staff , Rakesh the breakfast staff are great, sorry I forget all the names) need a special mention here. We would definitely return another time.

Studio apartment was spacious and furnished with necessary furnitures and electrical equipments. Location is a huge plus and housekeeping is spot on. However, there was a minor inconvenience where they had to stop water supply for couple of hours for maintenance work.

It has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.During this COVID period, great care was taken to ensure safety of the guests. The staff was absolutely fantastic right from Reception to Housekeeping .The gym and Pool was very useful. Especially with all the safety protocols maintained.Having a kitchenette was definitely a selling point for us when booking this Hotel. And it was a blessing, everything worked perfectly well. The washing machine, refrigerator, microwave and hot plate all worked well.The Hotel is very centrally located. Restaurants and grocery stores literally every other step. Burjuman Metro station is about 5-7 minutes walk.I plan to come back to Savoy Crest with my parents in future. And revisit the fun and relaxing time.

I don’t recommend it as before any thing i talked with the one responsible for sale , she was very aggressive to the limit she insult and ignored me and i told her im in the same field she give me feeling like im an insect 🐜, very bad and unprofessional approach, i will never try to stay there for 1 month , what a shame dome thing like this in dubai , i will never recommend it for my guest

Everything was alright until you use the kitchen, dont expect much from kitchen. One fry pan and two small induction cooker, no extra utensils even if you request.

Staff make you feel very welcome and are very helpful, hotel is a little dated but clean and with everything you need

Best Room Service

The front office team was very helpful. They provided early checkin at 9 AM. My son had cold on the first day and they immediately provided some honey, lemon and hot water.Supermarket and pharmacy are close. They provide door delivery.Nice place for family stay..

Its proper, clean, sanitized, 1 bedroom is enough for couples, near the everywhere esp Burjuman, i used to stay in Savoy since Jan 2006, all the best🙂

Very Nice Clean apartment style hotel. Nice Rolf pool and good breakfast. Near the highway for fast travel to downtown or other areas. Also a small grocery just outside the door

Review update :Thank you Savoy Crest for replying.I dont have any personal problem with your team, actually I started my review by mentioning that you are a friendly and helpful staff.I wrote the review because I dont want others to go through what I went through.My advise for you: Making a real pest control and managing your rooms cleaning process is better than finding excuses to deny reality.Your guests will see what I faced by themselves, so take care of the word of mouth effect.Here is my first review that I wrote and the real photos of the pests:The staff is really friendly and helpful, but the hotel is not clean.In the first room I had, I found a bed bug.They said that it may comes with other guests luggages, they apologized and changed the room for me, the new room was good, but still the towels smell was not nice.I spent two weeks with no problems, then I travelled to Abu Dhabi.When I am back from Abu Dhabi, I booked again with them, as they gave me a good price, I asked them to make sure of the cleanliness of the room, as the bed bug was the worst ever experience Ive ever had.In the new room I found cockroach, this time I couldnt stay, I stopped giving them excuses, and I checked out, I will not ever think of booking with them again.Actually, it was my mistake to stay and give excuses.

We arrived past midnight and the reception was waiting with our details to welcome us. I was really impressed because I had made the reservation about 2 weeks earlier with no further follow up.Since the restaurant was closed at that hour, we were directed to an eatery just around the corner where we ordered our meal and it was sent to us in our apartment steaming hot.The apartment was beautiful with lovely decor. Everything was clean and orderly like it was set up for a photoshoot rather than for people to live in. We loved everything about it.Breakfast was good and I particularly liked that there were little cards against each meal stating calorie counts and pointing out meals that could possibly cause allergies.Cheese omelet was especially lovely and the fruit yogurt also.I used the gym once and I enjoyed my workout session.The staff were extremely nice and friendly.I plan to visit again on my next trip to Dubai.

The hotel services are superb. Very friendly staff, always ready to help, rooms very clean. We felt very much at home with all the necessary supplies available for a family. Breakfast most awesome. Location also very great in terms of shopping and leisure. We are afraid we may not easily find another hotel with such great services in Dubai for the same price.Overall the experience at the hotel was awesome.

The studio is cosy and can be issue on summers as no balcony, cloth will feel mostly wet, other than this it is very clean and well maintained, staff is polite and ready to help, been there on monthly basis and got good deal at corona type, overall much better than nearby hotel apartments like Royal Scott and tulip.

Very attentive staff, great breakfast with different food every day, a beautiful pool and Jacuzzi on the roof top, the sauna is separate for men and women. Free shuttle to Jumeirah beach. I would definitely recommend.

The savoy Crest offered an amazing value for money. Very clean hotel. Lovely buffet breakfast every morning. The staff were a 10 out of 10. Very helpful and always thinking of how they could assist their guests. We stayed with our two small kids and the staff were very kind and attentive with them as well. I cant fault a thing at this hotel. I would highly recommend this for anyone that likes to discover dubai and doesnt want to pay ridiculous amounts of money to stay in the downtown area. They offer train station shuttle and also a shuttle to la mer for free.

I just moved from golden sands to Savoy Crest yesterday due to unavailability there. I’m living in studio room and it’s very very small and doesn’t provide basic amenities. Even the basic amenities are chargeable here. Very worst experience. This stay costlier than golden sands but the room, service, amenities are far worst here. Golden sands is thousands times better than this hotel. It’s not worth for even 3000 AED. Not sure how others have given best ratings so far

Really enjoyed my stay at Savoy Crest. The hotel staff made my stay even better. They were all so friendly and helpful with all my questions/concerns. The restaurant and room service were convenient when I didnt want to leave the hotel. The rooms were not luxury but definitely worth the price paid. Very family friendly hotel as I saw lots of families with children there. I didnt swim but the pool was clean and well attended to. However I did attend the gym and it was very nice. I was a bit worried about the location on my arrival but when I went out walking during the night I felt very safe. The only down side is that it was pretty far from everything I wanted to do but the metro was convenient to have cheap transportation to main destinations. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

The service is good..you also get a breakfast buffet which is mediocre in terms of options but the taste and cleanliness are @ par with most of the other hotels in this price range.Staff is very efficient and polite..Few things that I have noticed as I have stayed in the previous Savoy crest as this is a new building.1. Theres no vertical sign board to identify the hotel from the end of the lane as there are too many Savoy s to make you confused if you are searching this hotel.2. The rooms are smaller compared to the previous Savoy crest.3. They can run free shuttles for longer duration and add return to hotel with it.Nevertheless best in courtesy and commitment

Our family stayed for 6 nights at Savoy Crest in February. Our stay was comfortable in a good-sized room with a kitchenette. Friendly staff, decently priced food and a good location make Savoy Crest a good choice. The roof top pool is good for sun-bathing,. The jacuzzi though was broken at the time of our stay. I had read in other reviews about the construction noise coming through into the room - although I personally did not encounter it enough to bother me.We had one of the maintenance staff even help us with our suitcase number lock. Kudos!All in all, recommended for families, and if we have a chance ever again, we will certainly go back!

Our stay at the Savoy Crest Exclusive Hotel in the Bur Dubai area was pretty nice. Supermarket is across the road and the BurJur*** stop for hop on hop off Big Bus tour is only a short walk away. I would like to take this opportunity to once more thank the staff. Kitchen is all equipped with amenities just like we have at our home. I would recommend as good value stay.

We (Two Families) visited Dubai from 4 May 2016 to 7 May 2016. It was a short family holiday. Savoy Crest is a wonderful hotel apartment - neat and clean, spacious rooms. We had opted for the two bedroom apartment along with Sofa cum bed and a roll over bed. Even though we had all these inside the apartment, the rooms still was very spacious. The house keeping was wonderful and excellent. I would recommend this apartment hotel to all families visiting Dubai.

Very nice place. Got a gym, pool and sauna on location. Friendly staff. Only thing is our room faces the main road. Room not noise proof. Noisy for vehicles and construction in the opposite street. We get dusty so quickly too.

The Savoy Crest promised a new room, clean and well appointed. It has not disappointed.The rooms are modern, large and ecellent for my extended stay. And the bed ius comfortable (v important).Staff are excellent, attentive and helpful.Theres a gym and a swimming pool. Theres parking. Over all, a good choice and well located.

A very small property but very well managed. The breakfast spread is not huge but has sufficient stuff for Indians, one dish is dedicated on a daily basisThey have the detox water in the lobby all day long. And the rooms are well maintained with a small kitchen area with basic amenities. They also give additional kitchen stuff if needed. The roof top pool and jacuzzi is a must try and also the gym is good along with a spa and sunna

It is near metro, near restaurants and a shopping mall, near many pharmacies, and night life in old Dubai and has also a grocery store just opposite.The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. Moreover the staff pays attention to details such as our sons birthday, for which the hotel staff organised a birthday cake. These are details which you do not find in many hotels. But just for such a kind gesture I would prefer Savoy Crest again.The hotel offers a restaurant in the lobby area which serves daily breakfast. But you can also order food to your room.The hotel has a gym, a rooftop pool, a sauna and a steam bath.The rooms are clean, spacious and equipped with the necessary amenities such as fridge, freezer, laundry machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, a hanger for wet clothes and a safe.Would I recommend this hotel? Very pleasant hotel and new one. The rooms are very well furnished and huge. Everything is brand new and very clean.Besides it is very quiet. Highly appreciated after a long day!The swimming pool and the sauna are just perfect and open until 11pm.All the staffs are AMAZING (receptionists, housekeepers, the manager Mr Fernandez) and it is very close to 2 mains metros station.Burjuman Mall at 10 minutes walking distance.Very good choice!

We booked a studio room. Had a pleasant stay for 5 days. Room service was good. Except for the stagnant water on bathroom floor in our room, things were fine. Right after the bath, water spilled on the floor doesnt drain as the water outlet is slightly elevated. Other than this one, the stay was splendid. Nicely equipped kitchen and other amenities. Excellent room service and warm receptionists. Excellent swimming pool. Got discounted tickets for Burj Khalifa from the reception. Will definitely consider staying again.

Stayed here for 8 days with my fiancé and it was amazing. The serviced received was exceptional from Management to housekeeping, we were always greeted with a smile no matter what time of day it was.The hotel reception is clean bright and airy, the rooms are very generous. We had a studio apartment with a balcony which was nice for just relaxing and getting fresh air.The area itself is quiet, it has a small grocery store are café right opposite and a larger supermarket about 10 minutes away.I will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it if you want somewhere affordable clean and friendly.

I was not expecting much but hospitality of the staff was above my expectation. Had to run the hot water for several minutes before warm water appeared at the tap. The room was good. The thing I liked the most was that the cleaning of the room was very good.

Had the pleasure of staying there end of April for my Honeymoon. I usually stay at upscale hotels like the Four Seasons, Ritz, or Marriot and was skeptical when I booked our trip with a Travel Agency as it wasnt either of those. Was completely blown away especially with front desk and staff service. The rooms are not like the Ritz or Four Seasons, but similar to a Marriot however again the service was better than a Ritz Carleton! One example that totally blew me away was when my wife lost her cell phone in taxi. We asked front desk if they might be able to pull cameras and figure out which taxi it was. Meanwhile my tour guide was waiting for me to take us to the Dubai mall, there the man at the front desk told me not to worry and that he will take care of everything and just to have fun on my tour. After coming back from the Dubai Mall around 12 am to Savoy Crest there was a different man at the front desk and before I was able to say anything the man told me they located my wifes phone and its on the way! The communication and the fact they went above and way beyond in regards to getting my wifes cell phone back wouldnt even be possible to get that done at a Ritz in the US. Breakfast is served every morning until 11am downstairs in the hotel lobby. Was accommodated a new room when I first checked in when the bathroom door wouldnt shut and was upgraded to a room with a balcony! Hotel service and food was good and anything I needed was accommodated. Thank you to the staff for a great stay and experience.

Awesome Appertment

Good location: Hotel is a walking distance from Burju*** shopping mall and metro, Spinneys supermarket. Complimentary transport to/fro Jumeira beach. Very close to local shopping in a safe area. Our recent trip to Dubai was a result of a casual conversation over tea and snacks in a food court of a popular mall.
