We had a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and a big living room with kitchenette.The service is very good! Staff is friendly and always willing to help. Apartment was very clean when we came and was cleaned every day. A lot of choice at breakfast. Rooftop swimming pool is great. Conveniently located, close to the Mall of the Emirates.Simply put: we loved our stay!

1. Rooms have mold problem. Water always leaks from air conditioner pipes in bathrooms.2. Noise from construction next to the building especially during night3. Poor management. Even they dont clean chairs in the swimming pool area so you can cant sit there.4. Signing an yearly contract with this building ruined my stay in Dubai. Every week there was an issue with water leakage and it caused mold in bedroom and bathroom. It was repainted several times.The only positive thing about the apartment was its size. It was spacious and building location is also close to mall of the Emirates. Otherwise, I will never recommend signing contract with them. You will not find issues when visiting to book it.

An ideal choice for leisure travellers! Great loco for shoppers and so close to the metro station. Rooms are very spacious and clean and the rooftop pool and gym area are amazing.

Clean room friendly staff and good house keeping

Great place to stay with friendly staff and very close to the Mall of the Emirates.

I went to their Dunes Delight restaurant with a Groupon deal of 27 dirhams for a meal for two. Good food and relaxing ambience.

They have delights restaurants that serves arabic and indian food,... I ordered mix grill and it was fantastic

Please avoid completely.All hotel studios are connected with apartments next door which is not stated anywhere, so you have only one room door between these 2 apartments and you can hear all noise from the other apartment. We have changed our room due to noise as our neighbourghs were loud at 1-2am. Next room was ok for few days but then again same issue. We asked the hotel for an upgrade to apartment as this is not ok at all and not advertised but they rejected.Also you get only 1 small bottle of water once a week except at least 2 every day cause studios are for 2 people not 1. Tea and coffee not replaced once you used them.The hotel is having major issues at the moment as you can see on the photo below. Half of the ceiling just collapsed this morning and other half will be gone for sure shortly too but they didn’t evacuate people or did anything about their guests (like moving to other floor).

Very bad customer serviceI call for rent and the agent just dropped the call.Will never stay there even if that will be for free

Spacious and very convenient hotel...

The heating in the swimming pool was not working and we were not informed. There were ants in the kitchen and dining table. We told them about this and they still did not fix the issue. The ants managed to get in our food as well!Kitchen water heater not working. Flush in attached bath not working. Bedroom AC auto not working.The bedroom windows have a safety lock on them which means they stay open, this means you’ll distinctly hear all the traffic clearly and cannot sleepThe hotel is under new management and clearly there is a distinct drop in quality.Overall avoid this hotel like the plague!!!

Awesome hotel...near Mall of Emirates

Our stay for 1 night was superb! The facility is lovely. The staffs are courteous and always wearing their beautiful smiles as they greet their guests. I love the outside view which is infront of mall of emirates. I hope to come back again!!!

Stayed here many times but this stay was terrible hotel has been taken over by new management just interested in $$$ signs the Egyptian manager on a power tripneeds to be sent on a training course on how to spk to customers and his customer service appalling. Staff are all demoralised and want to leave Apartment had a bad smell bathrooms were mouldy dust behind the furniture curtains falling down and to top it off small ants all over the kitchen tops hard to see but leave food uncovered you will see them in seconds. Think twice before you book.

When it comes to hotels, for me the most important factor is the quality of sleep; and I had none. Thanks to the lovely neighbours ams there toddlers.I blame the bad room assignment in the hotel. cause a studio shouldnt be next to a 2 or 3 bedroom flat.As others mentioned, the staff are super friendly and helpful. rooms are clean , dated but clean. location is the best. still, none of that matters if u cant sleep. SHAME

Ideal place. I liked how it was right behind mall of Emirates. But the room I stayed in was a bit stuffy. And the flush wasnt working.

The rooms are big and location is excellent 2 min walk to mall of emirates. The bath sink is choking the flush toilet is not working the quilt on a king bed is small. There r ants on the table. The lock keys get magnetic wasted every now and then. When housekeeping came they mob the floor twice and it was still wet and slippery. Theres smell in the bathtub. AC not working optimally.

Next to Emirates mall _ big apartment -safety well prepared clean . Restaurant available and ASwaq supermarket just 2 building away live it for kids family -the swimming pool clean and safety guard available-recommended for families

Some time some cases are delaying its ok not a problem. breakfast is delicious and staffs are serving food with very cheerful. I went first time on 10 august 2019 in Time Dunes restaurant with my friends .I got good and tasty food there specially kofta grill and kunafa restaurant staff dipali gave us a nice service during this time she suggest us nice with a lovely smile...i will regularly go there with my friends. I have been staying in this hotel for last two years in a serviced apartment. One thing shocking I discovered about this hotel was that they didn’t have any designated floors or rooms for smoking guests which caused a lot of problems for us. After a lot of follow ups and repeated requests to their management they finally converted some floors into non-smoking floors. But hotel management doesn’t enforce smoking rules strictly as a result of which there continues to be the repeated instances of guests smoking in the non-smoking rooms. You can smell cigarette smoke in the curtains of these so-called non-smoking rooms. Also since AC vents of some of the rooms are connected cigarette smell often filters into the other rooms. I have written to their management so many times about this but all they do is pay lip service about the problem.

The hotel apartments were really good.... The hotel management including Siraj, Nazrul, Shraddha, Mohammad, Chico, the housekeeping staff were very cooperative, Arun the lifeguard and gym keeper was very friendly..... In general the whole staff at Times Dunes was a family friendly oriented staff and being in Dubai for the first time, it was a memorable stay and i plan on coming back here whenever my next trip to Dubai will be

Its good for families. Breakfast is similar each day not that good, specially due to small size of the restaurant and limited number of tables and sometimes you have to wait for some people to finish. Furniture is 5/10: would really hope to make renovation to give them 4 stars.

Practical for a quick stay. Close to MOE which has metro station but hotel is not very fancy however as mentioned is very practical

The worst service i ever had!! By mohammed.The room was stinky from the cigarettes. And it was a non smoking room.They told us everything is full booked after a conversation he said he had another room!!!Full of lies so dissapointed awfull experience in dubai!!!

Nice location value for money

We live here long-term on a monthly basis in a 1 bedroom apartment which is very bright and spacious, we get our apartment cleaned 3 x per week which includes bed change and fresh towels The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a 5 min walk from the Mall of the Emirates plus there are supermarkets and restaurants near the hotel.

Well this is th place where I cn live, sty and enjoy the surrondings of ths hotel. I really had fun, and vry neat n clean atmosphere. Thanks.

It is so simple, old furniture, and not well maintained, the smell in the lobby, corridors, and rooms not fresh, cleanness is poor, I asked for extra blanked and it was with extra charge, the room isolation is bad.The breakfast is so simple, with limited variety.The staff is friendly, smiling and welcoming.It is fit only three stars level overall.

The location is walking distance to the mall of the emirates. And u can soon come to the highway for going anywhere

The worst hotel apartments I have ever stayed at. The rooms all had mold and was very very dirty. Ants everywhere kitchen , bedrooms and bathrooms. And to top it off the staff were all very rude.

Awesome stay at Dunes Al barsha, the 1bhk was excellent with good customer care and wid cleaners to maintain the room regularly , it was much pleasant stay which was memorable with family .Kudos to the management maintained by Faisal much appreciated indeed.

Dont book studio apartments - they are facing street, construction site and mosque and windows are not sound proof which means you wont get any sleep at night.Location is good and stuff is really nice but in apartment it is just too noisy.

Hi This is the second trip over there Dubai and have the chance to select Dunes.The staff is so helpful and warming especially Mr Zahid. Though I made Internet booking but he made all my trip especiall thanks to him and the other staff Amit and Anita.The food is very good at the restaurant especially the prathas and masala teaThe Emirates Mall is just few yards from the hotel. All other attractions are near, local markets food chains and especially the mosque its just in front of the hotel.Hotel has his shuttle for the JBR and the Mall of Dubai to go over easily.Over all the rooms are big and clean. The housekeeping team even cleans up the used dishes at your appartment.Its worth to stay there...the pool is very nice kids can have fun has small jacquice😊So anyone from Pakistan and other countries will enjoy the location.
