One of the worst places I visit in terms of treatment, lack of organization and lack of staff knowledge of the procedures, and this is from personal experience, and the residence is complicated to the extreme and impossible conditions, as well as the staff are not friendly at all. I advise not to extract the visit from this place and travel to any other destination (Wafi Center UFC)

The Consul General is the most helpful person on earth, he managed to turn the Consulate 180 degree in no time, he is so patient , so kind and the most important that he cares about his citizens. if i keep writing until tomorrow words won`t fulfill 10% of how excellent he is.

Not answering the call.3 days in a week working only plus add Ukrainian public holidays.I don’t understand why you are here...to help your citizens or enjoying yourself.Go to Ukraine and celebrate.Since you are here in UAE than be there for your ppl. Such consulate just a waste of money for Ukraine.To catch you is a good luck becoz other ppl are working 5-6 days in a week so your 3 days in a week does not help anyhow.Website does not inform you about their public holidays so you come from other emirate kiss the door and paper on it and go all the way back.Shame on you really.

I applied visa and got but when i land at airport in Kiev they didnt allow me to enter ukraine. Their behaviour is very rude regarding the reason. I have showd them all details of my trip even. have onky 4 days visa but they told me that i could not explain my visit. Disgusting , i have my hotel confirmation and return air ticket and tourist voucher from a company of kiev.I think they dont believe on their embassy in Abu Dhabi.

I tried to call them for a week, all to no avail! Awful quality of work. The emergency phone is generally disabled for them !!

Calls are not answered. You constantly have to wait for them. To take a simple piece of paper, I had to wait 3 days.
