Worst service I ever had experienced in dubai. They are located in holiday inn albarsha.they have no idea about keratin treatment still they would charge you alot ... They just need your money and will keep insist you to spend more . I was there last week for keratin and it doesnt last after wash. I paid AED 1000 for nothing . Dont be fooled and waste your money . I had trust them since they located in holiday inn (IHG) ; Expected the same level of service . They will show you some pics and videos (related hair treatments ), all these pics are taken right after straightening with a hair straightener in high temperature.... All these below review s are accurate as I have experienced the same ...

A review on the one at Holiday Inn: The Keratin treatment DOES NOT last past the first wash. Complete and total waste of money.Apart from this, the staff here keep pestering you and trying to sell you their products. They wont take no for an answer. It has to be the most irritating staff Ive come across.If you refuse to buy a product, be prepared to be treated badly by the staff.The parlour is neat and clean but would not go back again as their treatments dont work.I dont recommend it, especially if youve bought a voucher online. You will end up paying more than the voucher for some reason or the other.

Very poor.. Bought cobone voucher for hair package and it mentioned haircut but they dont do hair styles that we want and they will only trim your hair. I visited Holiday Inn Barsha branch and inspire of telling the guy to cut my hair to my desired length he did what he wanted and said short hair will make you look like boy. Ridiculous experience. Never recommend if buying voucher. They behave as if they are doing a favor on us...

Not a good experience. I was told acrylic nail infils would take 1-1.5 hours maximum so had planned other appointments around that still leaving 30 minutes extra time in between. It took 1 hour and 50 minutes just for the infil without polish (had I not mentioned I was stuck for time a few times this would have been even longer) I had to leave unhappy with my unpolished nails and with the Infil still visible due to only 1 coat of clear top coat which I had time for. The main problem was 3 girls worked on my nails. The 1st filed them down with a drill then the second to do a manicure (never had this for just infils) then the 3rd started repeating the manicure. I told her the 2nd girl had already done this and she said it’s ok. So again I had them reshaped and filed down. It had been 1 hour and 15 minutes before they even started applying the acrylic. I had wanted a French polish but ended up with just 1 coat of clear top coat as I had no time left to wait a further 30minutes which would of brought my appointment to 2.5 hours for Infils! This usually takes 30-40 minutes in the uk. I believe the end result would of been good but expecting clients to wait this amount of time is just not acceptable. There was either no communication amongst the girls or no one knew what step they were supposed to be doing. Either way I wouldn’t go back.

Extremely unprofessional! Wont recommend at all. According to d staff attending me, blow dry means u set d front and side hair and just tussle d hair at d back. Just coz u get a 3rd customer ( just 2 actually coz d 1st was leaving) at salon. Totally a no.Bought a Groupon coupon for mask n blowdry. 1stly he tried selling a professional hair cut instead of simple 1 when I didnt even have a hair cut planned. No attention to customer requirements given at all!Initially all was ok. Der was 1 lone customer. So d hairdresser gave all d goody talks so that he could promote sum hair product and i even thought of buying that! N den another customer entered. All chaos! In between sweet talking to the other 2 i got a new version of blow dry ( just get rid of this groupon customer blow dry) .How will any1 ever come again when u have such horrible service on promotional plans. Never again for me!

They dont deserve a star at all! If I could use the term “negative zero star” that would be them! So I’ve called to book my appointment and once I told the receptionist that I had a Groupon she then said “oh sorry, we are not accepting groupon vouchers anymore as we are going to cancel the subscription tomorrow, so I said; “but that is for tomorrow logically my voucher is still valid and I’ve already paid for it.” Then she said “no we are not accepting.” My point is; as a merchant Dont post any promotions on groupon! And letting people pay for nothing! and answered me with your alibis.. youre just making your name the worst in the market. Goodluck!

Went to Pullman JLT location in Aug 2017 and it was not good. Only one man was there who took the Groupon voucher and asked me to go sit at the hair wash section. It was dirty with some white stain, so he asked me to stand up whilst he cleaned it with a dirty looking towel. Then he washed my hair which was fine.After the hair wash he asked me how I would like my hair cut, I said to take some length off and add layers please. He said no need for layers and proceeded to cut my hair for about 5 mins. Then he dried my hair with his fingers (no blow dry technique used) - twice he bumped my head with the hair dryer. No apology given. After he dried my hair he said ok done and went back to sitting behind the counter on his phone.Summary: My hair was hardly cut, poor customer service and poor facilities.

Hi All, just to keep u all posted on my yesterdays experience at the saloon (i.e. On 1st April18), I visited the Avani Hotel branch. I had my worst ever experience of my life. The hair dresser seems to be a highly illiterate lady, very misbehaving, she even shouted so badly that 3 managers has to handle her, I didnt get to see a single client, I believe she is the reason behind. She is a ruthless lady .. Highly recommend all not to visit the branch ... And got no confidence about her skills ... I doubt how she even got to be there... I really wish the management to have look at my review & take corrective actions ... This feedback is purely on Avani Hotel branch.

French Mani Pedi - I asked clearly on the phone that I was coming for a French manipedi and they told me no problem. The team was very nice and friendly, I had the mani & pedi done very well but for the French it was horrible, none of the girls could do it. The boss still made me pay for the French additional fee even though it was done poorly - no gesture at all on a clearly not well done job.

Would definitely not recommend this place. The staff confirmed 3 groupon voucher appointments one week in advance and then as soon as you come in very rudely say- you cant use 3 vouchers together. Will not be returning!

The worst!!! Booked an appointment for mani and padi, got there no appointment was found and no one available to help!!!! Then someone came and spent 2 hours just to do mani and padi very very unprofessional.
