I got my hair colour done by Ms. Najia. She is very patient and did it with great care. She has a very welcoming nature. I am very happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for professional hair services.

I did threading, waxing and clean up from here. The service is very good and the rates are affordable too. Ms. Nazia is very friendly and sincere to her work.

I got my hair cut today by Ms. Nazia and it has turned out absolutely fabulous. I asked for a layer cut and showed her a reference picture which she perfectly replicated. Dont even bother with this place. Went for a haircut and they went to borrow stuff , hairclips etc from the salon nearby. No social distancing protocol at all.. the owner probably doesnt use the salon herself. She should come and use it once.

Today I came with my daughter for cutting hair. We love it so much. Ms. Nazia did very good and gave us some tips for caring our hair. We will come back here again for another treatment.

I have been going to this saloon since more than a year now......... Every service is just amazing. I have done facial, haircut, manicure, pedicure, waxing done with them..........and I must say its just worth every penny.Its my mums favorite salon too.

Small in size but big in service.got a mani pedi haircut and blowdry. Fully satisfied with the service. Nazia did a great job and staff is both courteous and accommodating. They could improve on the cleanliness though. I noted the hair brush wasnt cleaned after being used on a client and there was stray hair on the floor.

Check ur records again pls... Seven months ago i visited ur parlour.. January 5 to 12th...By evening seven o clk u started...n finished by night eleven o clk... Hope this remains u of my visit....u told me.. 450 aed...but aftr finishing u said 700 aed...disapppointed mw very badly... Sorry to remain u aftr seven months.. But its true..

Ive done Keratin today and it was a wonderful experience. Went with my damaged frizzy hair but the hairstylist did an awesome job .Loved the way they treated me so warmly plus Manager was good too. Staff are way too friendly that you wont feel bore I’m in love with my hair I’d recommend everyone to go there And Im definitely visiting again

Visited the salon after reading the reviews. I had some inhibitions about the place since I’m visiting there for the first time. But they made me so comfortable & really happy with their service. So next week I thought for my 3 year old kid will try their salon @ karama, Dubai. So much patience required for kids haircuts. But she was so happy after that and the staff never made her felt that she is in salon

This is my go to salon. I drive every other weekend all the way from sharjah to dubai because they have great service with reasonable prices. The staff and owner are very friendly and my experience with them has always been good. You can either call and book for an appointment or just walk in and they will still service you without keeping you waiting too long.

Am using the saloon for more than 10 years, she keeps upgrading and warm friendly and well trained staffs, though looks simple, please do try ...the result is good and hygiene is maintained as well. I like them.

I went last week for shehnaz facial but not satisfied with the result.After only 1 hour blackheads started visible even there charges showing on website are not updated.

Service is a bit slow and their website is not updated with current packages. Cleanliness needs to be improvised upon.

Today evening I visited this saloon ,Actually I came there to consume the 85 Aed offer and I paid and your staff started the services ,She put the bleach after they she put the pack ,then she go for threading,y u don’t do the massage ,scrub and no steam as well for blackhead removal ,This is how you are providing the services ,At last after I finish They told me this is not under the package ,again I want to pay more ,then I paidReally very bad experience,she told me she done facial and u there is no massage and the black heads removal .i don’t know ,u know I came from Rashidiya to consume the offer ,otherwise there are so many saloons from Rashidiya til burjumanU took extra money from me and you didn’t provide me better servicesI really not recommending this saloon,they are putting the advertisement and asking for more money after the services .But I really want to say that the staff was Rabiaand Nazia very good ,

Absolutely incredible service! Especially for eyebrows and upper lip. I come all the way from Sharjah for this place. Perfect if you want those thick on fleek brows. I even got a free eye massage. Honestly check it out - its not even expensive. Cheaper than Sharjah but incredible quality. Worth the trip. Going again in 2 weeks.

I had been to anaya beauty parlor for a hair cut, i was very happy with the cut..plus i won a lucky dip of 500dhs in this parlour so i went for other services in shahnaz royal beauty parlor that is opposite to anaya beauty saloon...thumbs up to both the saloons!!

I had fruzzy hair due to post rebobding . I went to this parlour for keratin . In second wash my hair turned back same as previous one no result I wasted my 850 dirhams for this treatment. People like taking money and no result.

I had a haircut with them and am regretting now. They were pestering me for hair wash (for extra charge) right at the beginning, I was sure I dint need one as I had just washed my hair, so I denied. As a result, they charged me much more than a haircut should get charged in Karama where every other shop is a salon. I clearly got what they did moreover the haircut turned out to be completely non flattering on me. At least I would have been happy if it was not to be so.

Horrible service!!!the staff there totally unprofessional chatting and on phone half the time?i was a regular customrr and the owner was sug a stingy woman she wudnt even give me discount!!and the gal who did my hair she was so good at first but ine month later she bcame just like the others horribly done spa and the way she dried my hair felt like talking tht and putting on her face!!!horrible!!

My hair was coloured in patches, and only the roots were colored. The girls are so bad at their work. And rude over that! After specifying a particular amount for hair colour, the lady demanded more money after the service. I did not want to argue any more so I paid and left. Would never step this small and dirty place again
