I can very highly recommend Resham for hair removal. She is amazing when it comes to doing your eye brows based on threading. Best I have experienced in Dubai so far.

Resham and Maureen were extremely professional and incredibly polite. During my manicure and pedicure both of them interacted very positively, showing a great respect. Resham was so kind to give me a short neck massage whilst my nails were drying as she noted I was tired! This gesture of kindness did not go unnoticed and I am so indebted to her as well. Their level of service was 10/10 and will definitely return because of them. Thank you Resham and Maureen.

She explained all the processes very clearly and also explained which colors would suit me best by taking my skin complexion and features into account. She really knows her stuff! I went for individual eyelash extension and I explained I wanted a natural look. The lady took 3.5 hours to do my eyelashes. She used the wrong size on me. Then she started cutting them instead of replacing them. It looks like I have spiders on my eyes. Not natural looking at all. And the quality of the lashes is really bad, almost plastic. After 3.5 hours of wasting my time. Do not recommend it!!!!

I came 3 weeks ago for Olaplex and since than my hair have become extremely oily, they admitted the mistake as they put too much product on the skin instead of the hair and when I went back to fix ii, it got even worse! I work as a model and I had to miss work for 2 weeks as I cannot take shootings with this hair.So fare I havent even received a refund and I lost my time and money... stay away from this place.

Amani is the best ever! She applied hair straightening treatment to my bleached blonde hair without making it brassy. My hair so straight, antifrizzy, and shinyyyy! Thank you amani for making my life easier i dont have to spend hours using the blow dryer anymore.

In all my years of getting waxes and massages, Ive never had a better experience than at Sisters Lounge JBR. Front desk lady Anna was extremely welcoming and even gave me a tour of the entire facility as well as prepared a welcoming drink while I waited for my wax to be prepared. While waiting, I was given a free massage by their aesthetician also named Anna, who was incredibly friendly and gave the most thorough yet painless wax Ive ever had. Have never been interested in moving to Dubai until I visited Sisters Lounge. I dont think any other wax salons can compare!

I visited the salon and had Lydia as my stylist, she was very kind and sweet. But unfortunately she messed up my hair color. I asked for balanyage blond (was brunette) and I didnt get the desired shade. She over processed parts of my hair, the front is gray/blue and the back is orange/yellow. Not happy at all and unfortunately I was leaving Dubai that same evening. The price was steep for the poor quality color.

I was so disappointed. I had super long hair. I asked for a layered cut and asked her to chop off only 1inch of my hair length but she took away atleast 6-8inches 😣 i couldnt sleep few nights. I just gave 255aed to some to take away my hair and sleep .ive been doing layered cut all my life. the cut doesnt have that beautiful flow i normally get with this style. It just doesnt feel right .Iam an indian and have slightly wavy thick black hair. I think they maybe good for people with blonde or very fine hair. But beware they love to chop it all off .And they do ask to leave a review , thats why there are so many reviews of the hairstylists here. Else iam sure ull find better cheaper ones by word of mouth in dubai.Never ever going back to them. EVER!

I did my hair coloring with Amani, I had jet black hair and she made it brown without bleach or damaging my hair. She is so easy to work with and new exactly what I wanted. Super professional and very caring for her clients. I could not be happier and I recommend her to everyone!!!

Jess is amazing facial therapist! The hydra cool facial was amazing. The salon is super clean and organized. Rain the manager was great at accommodating me! Loved my experience from start to finish. Will be back!

The shop looks impressive from outside. Once you enter, they make you wait forever. The least they could do is tell customer what time to come back. Stylist lack skills, fumble and struggle to do their job. Combs falling, chatting their language loudly not respecting customer. Do think twice about trying this shop. And they tell you all sorts of grandmother stories to make you buy their products. They costs a bomb, and what you are paying is just the rent of their outlet. There are plenty other salons in JBR, choose carefully. Your hair is your crown, if they spoil it they cannot undo the damage and make your hair like before you entered the salon.

Its actually my first time in SBL JBR and definitely not my last. Everything is great. The place is clean. The staffs are nice and accommodating. Im very grateful most especially to Corri for making my hair pretty because been wanting this hair color for years but Im very hesitant to do it. Kudos SBL JBR! See you again next month. ❤️

Service was great, safe were very kind to me. Its very nice beauty salon with professional and very nice staff. The prices are quite high, but competitive for the area. It is located really close to the JBR 2 tram station and easy to find. I had a gel manicure and pedicure treatment, the manicure didnt last very long unfortunately, but it has done very well.

I did my hair coloring and cut, first of all hairdresser didn’t get my needs and made me brunette, than tryed to convince me that it’s looks so good and this is the best what she can do... I asked for one color close to my natural roots without any highlights or modern technique and I left looks older +10 years from salon, at the cashier everyone was informed that I was not happy but I didn’t see anything except overpriced bill... after couple of washes I am having greenish hair... I expected more from the well known place ...

Had a haircut with Amani. Had planned to get a short layered bob and showed her the reference pictures and she immediately got it. Loved the results and she gave a flattering, voluminous blow dry as well.Several weeks later, even after a simple home blow dry, the layers fall perfectly and frame my face well.

Nice cute little parlour. Strategically located and has very high cleanliness standards. Farida is a very dedicated and expert beautician. They offer good beverages and a quaint customised chocolate square to clients. Parlour is wifi enabled. Prior appointment is mandatory.

Today was my second visit @Sister’s lounge and I think also the last.I think washing, cutting and drying took less than 30 minutes and my hair was still a bit wet by the end, but seemed that the hairdresser was in a rush or not in the mood to work on my haircut. What shocked me most is that she didn’t analyzed in detail the finish of the cut and she didn’t offered me a mirror to have a look at the back. I had to analyze the ends on my own and to discover and show her areas of improvement ...Najla was my hairstylist and I was shocked when I found out by the end that she was a senior hairdresser and to pay more - 293 AED (really inadequately price).I lived in Romania, Germany and Spain before and what is happening here is far away from the European standard.

Loved the results!! Amani was so amazing and even though we finished late at night, she was still smiling and did her job well. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
