I can tell the salon is managed well and very organized in how they conduct your appointments and overall client relations. I have had many waxing appts and one eyebrow threading here. For wax I recommend Preemela as she waxes with care. Would recommend.

I had Rania do my hair color and protein prime hair treatment, and I couldnt be happier with the results! The lady was very professional and applied the color exactly as she described! The treatment was extremely relaxing, and it left my hair feeling nourished and looking healthier. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. I first went to Sisters beauty lounge after having my hair color ruined at another salon. The experience is always very pampering from complimentary snacks and drinks to the way the team looks after your hair. My favorite colorist within Sisters is Najwah, I always ask for her and recommend her to my friends. She always gives me exactly what I want and is very professional with her work, definitely recommend her for coloring!

I love her so much for taking care of my hair.. it took me forever to find a stylist who will understand want I exactly want to be done on my hair.. Someone who can think out of the box.. Luckily, found her. Shes a darling whos passionate and very much talented. She can literally do MAGIC! I used to self-paint my hair and as expected, shes always saving me after the disaster! One time, my hair colour turned out to be so uneven with patches of different shades.. She simply fixed it with a Toner and turned out to be sooo gorgeee. I recently wanted to have a major change with my hair colour and again, Arica helped me achieving my dream hair (showed her a google photo) and she made it exactly and way better than that!. Pathetic hair Service! Don’t trust them. I had the most disappointing service at Dubai Mall Branch..The hair dresser Malek damaged my hair while doing the service. She did my balayage and hair Botox on the same day just to achieve her target and my hair were overexposed to the chemicals. When I reported the management, they did nothing and showed no interest. So today I’m posting my experience here, so that no one else goes through it. BAD HAIR SERVICE. Not every staff member is professionally trained here..

I recently had several services with Malek and she was so accommodating to my needs. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and executed it beyond my expectations. I’m extremely happy with my hair - I got the Sisters Xtreme Sleek treatment done as well as a framed highlight and toner. If anyone’s looking for a top notch hair professional Malek is your girl!

I wont mention the stylist name as I dont want to be personal but if management want to get in touch, please do.Stylist had poor attitude. Very unfriendly, didnt want to be cutting my hair clearly. Left me sat on the chair for 15 minutes waiting and no apology. Ended my hair and walked away, I didnt realise it had finished. Stylist was then sat at the front of the branch on her phone. Management need to give more attention to customer service. Ive left feeling like they dont return business sadly.

I have been visiting sisters Dumais mall branch for a year. And I always love my experience there. Victoria is very professional receptionist. Marry Ann is very impressive in nails. Jeddah is ver well experience in eye lashes for 10 years.However,I did have a very disappointed moment yesterday. I asked if there is available slot for eye lashes refill at 5:15 pm.The lady who I was speaking with(her name is Sarah), she just looked at me, replied in a very cold tone says: you have to make an appointment before you come. We don’t have anyone available today. (She didn’t even check the screen). I respect, I knew I didn’t make an appointment, I was just trying my luck. I took a step back with my phone and started to do an appointment online for the second day.Funny thing is, when I open my app and choose the service, it showed the available slot 5:30pm,6:00pm,6:20pm the same day. I booked 5:30 pm immediately and I came back. I asked again, Victoria recognized me and she checked the screen, there was my appointment. Sarah was explaining that someone just canceled the appointment. I wonder, how long was it, I didn’t go far, It might just be 2-3 minutes between when I asked if you have available slot to when I found an available slot. I think Sarah could still have a look at system, there were other available slots like 6:00 pm or 6:20 pm. She could simply ask would I mind to come back in an hour time which I was ready to.I understand I am not a VIP client. I only do my manicure and pedicure very 3-4 weeks. And yesterday I just needed a 2weeks eyelash refill. Yet I think I deserve a small respect from Sarah to just check system and find a available slot for me.

I am so happy to choose here for my haircut and hair color again! The space is elegant, and my stylist @Rania is truly talented, incredibly client-oriented, caring.She is willing to design and work out the best possible and beautiful new look of my hair, with great dedication and patience. It turned out a surprise with new color. Very happy and grateful. Thank you Rania!

First time coming here today and got Rose she is wonderful and professional and does a great job I highly recommend getting her . While waiting I was greeted by staff and sat by a coffee bar while waiting for Rose I had coffee and biscuits . Clean but expensive for nails it cost me $90 US dollars ! Back home in the states it’s only $30 !!!

I got my eyelashes extensions done which was so painful during the procedure and even later. My eyelids were hurting. The lashes were glued together in bunches instead of one by one which is continuously hurting my eyes and even the shape is not good. I wasn’t even consulted on how it would look like . I have lost 50 percent within 3 days without doing any activity in the outdoors or swimming.The therapist just did by herself. She was trying to put the patches in my eyes which was so dangerous and unhygienic. I will never recommend this for eyelashes extensions as this is the only service i did.

I had an appointment with Malek for a haircut. Most expensive and worst haircut of my life.Malek was not very friendly and she did only the bare minimum consultation before cutting my hair. The way she cut my fringe was absolutely disastrous. I had to go to another hair salon the same day to have my fringe fixed - it couldnt stay the way Malek cut it. At the other hair salon, the hairdresser asked me if I had cut my fringe myself. That says everything about the quality of the haircut I got at Sisters Beauty Lounge.I gave Sisters Beauty Lounge honest feedback through their feedback-system, but they never responded. Disappointing!

Heaven for self care!Sister’s beauty lounge has always been my go-to place for my hair treatments, I particularly adore their caviar treatment. But this review I would focus more on the eyelash extensions I had with them last Friday 12tg February 2021. It was heaven on earth! I have been thinking about getting eyelash extensions for years now but I was very hesitant since I was so afraid it might damage my natural lashes. Until I met Jeddah (eyelash expert) in SBL. She’s like having the hands of a lash goddess! Her work is really amazing and most importantly she made well explained to me all the things I need to know about this treatment and how to avoid all my worries to come true! And until today, I am still very happy I did this! And I don’t think I would ever take these babies off ;) But of course, like any other treatment, aftercare is of the same importance as the treatment itself. Hence, always make sure to discuss everything with the expert before proceeding so you’ll know what you’re getting into! Anyway, as I read before, be your own kind of beautiful always and everyday :)

Kim is an excellent hairstylist with an eye for details. Analiza did my manicure and pedicure and she is very gentle and meticulous! Both ladies provide great services and always make me feel at home whenever I visit Sister Beauty Lounge.

I always love my gel manicure by Mary Ann and pedicure by Rowena at the Dubai Mall branch. They’re so sweet, professional, and their work always looks elegant and clean. Strongly recommend those two ladies!

I got hair colour done by Rania. She is very warm and professional, has excellent knowledge of products and hair styling and gives great recommendations. I have tried manicure and pedicure too. Services are a bit pricey but overall im a satisfied customer :)

Ive always had a pleasent experience whenever Ive had services done at sisters. Its one of the best places to get waxing done. Ive gone through a lot of aestheticians and found my favorite to be Ann. She always makes me feel so comfortable and waxing almost never hurts with her and she always has great conversation so time passes so quickly. If you have to book any waxing services I would highly suggest her!

I was able to make a waxing booking easily, I didn’t wait a minute, I was shown immediately to my very clean room, Kalpana my therapist was very quick and I’m surprised it didn’t hurt at all, I’m actually impressed, she was very professional and polite :) will def go there again

Ive been going to Sisters Beauty Lounge for eight and a half years. In all that time, Ive only ever seen one therapist and her name is Prameela. She is an unbelievable beautician. I dont get a lot of treatments (usually eyebrow thread, eyebrow tint, half-leg wax and occasionally a facial), but I would trust her with my life when it comes to my eyebrows. She is a master threader and tinter, and also one of the loveliest people Ive met in my decade in this city. Five stars and highly recommended.

I am a regular client of Erica in Sisters Dubai Mall. Every time I go to Erica I know I am in very good hands and I know my hair is very well taken care of. in fact after a strong bleach my hair was totally damaged, Erica helped me through intensive care to restore and treat my hair. I tried many services with her: hair cut, trim, color, toner, scrub, caviar, etc. All worked very well to a stunning result!

Prameela is the best waxer really! I’ve been to many different salons and waxers (even within Sister’s) and must say that her work is by far the best i’ve had. She makes it a point to check with you every now and then if you’re comfortable - which i notice that most therapists dont practice especially when you’re getting brazillian waxing :(She’s gentle but QUICK and EFFICIENT, service is top-notch. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Ive visited the Dubai Mall salon a few times now and always have the best experience. If youre going for hair make sure you meet with Artistic Director Jamilla shes the expert when it comes to hair colour and the condition of your hair and she will tell you exactly what you need to do to to get the most from your hair. Also try the new hair lamination treatment its amazing!

If you want a good haircut, this is the right place in Dubai, especially Sonia- she is an amazing professional and a wonderful woman.Though bit expensive but you always step out satisfied.other staff is very caring as well.

Seriously, I think I worked my way up and down in india looking for the right one. Sonia is extremely talented; I adore her! ... It’s expensive but it’s a luxury experience! They serve you flavored water, have comfy beds for threading and lash extensions. Most people don’t like sharing their brow lady so they don’t get booked out, but listen up - you will thank me for this - Aishwari is a magician at threading. You don’t feel a thing. Trust me, go see her!!

Good service but watch out from the pricing! Prices might vary depending on the colorist title! And they won’t tell you until after you finish with the PhD colorist!!! There’s something off and fishy about their pricing and how they position their offers as well.

I visited the Dubai mall lounge of sisters beauty for Margaret Dabbs treatment. Its a very neat and clean lounge. However, my experience wasnt that pleasant. The girls were nice but, they rushed the entire procedure. I went there with an appointment but still everything was rushed.Also, I had my EP card which offers me 20% discount on all the services with them and before I started the treatment, I told the girls I have the card which offers me discount and they said yes you do. However, when I went for the billing the lady at the counter then told me that the discount is not applicable for a combo offer... I dont understand why this wasnt told to me earlier? I didnt want the combo offer in the first place, the only reason I took the useless combo because the girls told me the combo will cost me much cheaper and also I will get additional 20% discount.This wasnt fair Sisters beauty lounge. I am not visiting you ever again.

Worst Haircut - Ive been to sisters lounge Dubai mall branch before for haircut but as my regular stylist has left they assigned me to Rania, an old Asian lady who is very very bad. While instructions was to keep my hair below shoulders and give layers - my hair is currently above my neck line and straight. She doesnt know how to layers for sure and was really bad with instructions. To top it when i mentioned i didnt like what she did - she further made few cuts and said Its just a hair mam, it will grow back!!! Darn... Worst haircut of my life. Totally not worth at Aed 295.
