Had opted for hair rebonding and they offered a good price of 350 aed as it was festive season in dec ember. Product used was loreal(good product) I went on 18 dec and the rebonding was done to which the staff told me not to was my hair a for 3 days and come for a hair was at salon. After 3 days I went and to my surprise after the wash the staff started straightening my hair, which was weird because after rwbonding hair should be straight as is it. I found it quite weird as I have done rebonding for 5 times in 5 yrs and this was the first time I saw the staff straightening the hair after the wash. Later after 3 days when I washed my hair at home n when it naturally dried i saw that the left side of my hair was not even 50% straight and the right side was just 70% straight. I was very disappointed to see that and called the salon and even shared the images of my hair. I informed the owner as well to which he was not co operative and went on to blame it on me instead. It happened becoz the staff did not follow the process due to which my hair was ruined and was also burned from the tips. The owner blamed it on me saying why I came after 10 days to which I explained the reason I wrote above. The salon kept offering me solution of straightening my hair every week till 1 month and then again doing the rebonding. Which i didnt agree to as it would damage my hair further. When I asked for a refund , as it was the least that they could do considering the situation, but the owner refused furiously and was very rude over the phone. He kept saying that he did a favour by offering 350 , whereas there were other salons offering same price as it was festive season. I only went here becoz the staff called me and said they will be using loreal which I know was a good product.So in the end it was me who paid 350 aed for a treatment but got burnt and half rebonded hair.So I suggest all to not go here especially for hair services as the staff are undertrained. The owner is unprofessional and does not know how to speak with customers and deal with situation like such.

It was an excellent pampering experience. Zoya, the lady she did my mani and pedicure was great. She is very professional, pays attention to details and she is very clean. She checked everything many times to make sure mani and pedicure were done properly. I will go back for sure.

Worst Experience Ever. Please be wise before you spend on cheap offers. I was lied to and cheated.I took the 350 package for which Dina promised me 100% hair straightening using Diva Products. Also forced me to buy shampoo worth 100 AED. After the treatment my hair is not even 40% straight. When i got back to her she forced me to repeat the treatment. I disagreed as treatment after treatment can damage the hair and dry it out n i have seen this happening with my sister. When i asked for refund, she ignored and then stated she is not working there any longer. How can the owner say this?I spent 500 in total that included extra charges for nail paint (mani-pedi was included in package)and eyebrows.

I just waisted my money for hair straightening/ 100% Straight botox treatment. Promised results not delivered. Hair not straight even 50%. Products used: Diva. Cheap quality.

Expert Egyption lady ( Rehab is her name ), very professional and polite.Highly recommended.
