This is my second time in Mirrors Salon, I went to two branches , i love how friendly they are, fast and accurate appointments, good price good quality, good results, definitely not my last time.

I had a great experience today.I went for GK keratin treatment as my previous salon said this is the best brand. However, when I went to mirrors and Roselle who was my consultant saw my hair, she strongly recommended to go for organic protien treatment based on my hair texture. She patiently spent a lot of time and put a lot of effort so that it lasts for long time. Thanks again for such a lovely experience.

I have been an avid fan of this salon for the couple of years. I have been doing my monthly service in Muraqqabat branch which I didnt experience the same treatment we are getting in Rigga branch(very rude). I have been bitting my tongue and prolonging my patience every time Im dealing with the very un professional manners of either the one in reception or the manager. Its either they are always very rude esp when you are holding a Groupon, to begin with why would you be advertising it in that website if you cant maintain the same services you are giving! Every time you got an inquiry its either they read it or leave it like that. I have been very patient on how unprofessional your managers are but this has to come to an end and make a solution about this matter. I had raised it many times but still they are dealing with us with no difference. The reason I keep on coming back is not because of the promotion it is because you are giving a great service and I really like Chatue. Hope this issue will be sorted since I have gone thru the reviews and I had seen the same complain about your managers !Thank you so much !!

Ridiculous Price raised to AED 80 for gellish mani & pedi??? From Aed 150 to Aed 230I’m a regular customer and was not notified ahead. But however, the pricing is too much! Will definitely not come back if this is your pricing. First time in dubai to know a salon that raised their price to the amount of Aed 80 for a specific service. Unbelievable

Very very horrible service. Fake promises done before getting the service. Once we’re there we’re told to pay extra money for everything. The manager May was so unprofessional rude and mannerless. Please don’t visit this place. A very depressing feeling with the entire experience. I’m never gonna visit this place ever. I RECOMMENDED NOT TO VISIT THIS PLACE. Great experience being a first time costumer. Kudos to Mel for bringing life back to my dry, damaged hair. She did both balayage with protein treatment and the result was beautiful! I am just delighted. The staff are nice and so was the ambiance. Will certainly come back to try more services!

Ive been doing my lashes and other services at Mirrors Beauty Lounge for 3 months now and will keep on coming.. Ambience and services are great so as the staffs are amazing especially Lei, Chris, Melbet and Bella all are lovely ladies who took care of me.. Highly recommend and worth the price you pay.

Janice and Richel were amazing, lovely, kind and patient! I got the protein keratin treatment at my hotel, and they turned up on time and executed the treatment perfectly! It took around 5 hours, and I never once felt bored. We had to move to the balcony due to excess smoke coming from the straightener as they had to use it on treated, damp hair, and they were quick to move all equipment to the hotel balcony to avoid the alarm going off. I had also stated prior that I didn’t want shampoo, so they didn’t bring it to the hotel, however after treatment I changed my mind and they called the wonderful lady working at the office, and she sent the shampoo and conditioner the next day! Definitely recommend.

I went in al-rigga branch of mirrors salon. I had a cobone voucher that included hot oil treatment, hair cut and blow dry.I went in there on Friday, the receptionist wasn’t there but the person there booked my appointment for Wednesday and she knew about the voucher.But when i went on Wednesday the receptionist was not welcoming at all. She told me they are not accepting any voucher till eid but still they will do it. And she was questioning me about the person who booked my appointment rather she should have asked her staff as this was not my headache.But the person who did my work was amazing! She really did everything the way i wanted.So the stars are for the person who did my work only.

I use home services from Mirrors salon.Most of the staff are well experienced and do a great job! They have all the necessary products with them.However the driver is never punctual, always late. Sometimes 30 minutes late.And would like salon to reconfirm the timings, requested services and number of technicians to be sent to avoid confusion.Thank you.I’d recommend this place for home services .Use Groupon for better prices.

Very bad service!!!! I asked the Nepali lady to color my hair, she messed up the entire hair and at the top of it, she keeps justifying what she did wrong.Bad hair service ever.. if you want to make your hair done then don’t go to this salon.. it is a waste of money, time and in the end you will only get disappointments. The owner needs to give the staff a proper knowledge and training Specially in hair services!!!

The salon service is really bad, they cannot do anything for you.. they sold me a promotion they didnt do. The receptionists treated me really bad, i asked for wifi password they didnt provide, i wanted to do a massage for the package i paid they charged me more money... its simple they just want your money. I also bring my friend with me and everything she wanted do to in the nails they charge more and more. Terrible! Never will come back again.

I went in to do have microblading the ladies were all amazing the saloon is spotlessly clean they sanitize on arrival . My microblading came out perfectly it is a combination of micro shading and microblading suggested my my wonderful make up artist Ahlee I will be going back to do my lips and other procedures Mirrors is definitely the best spa I have used 6 years in Dubai I should have found it sooner .

Since the past 1 year I am a loyal customer of this Salon to have their wax, pedicure service etc,Ambiance is so nice, and place is really comfortable. I met ate Jonalyn in their branch in muraqqabat and she is very professional and good , she know what she is doing. But then she got transferred in Al rigga branch so I followed her as I am comfortable with her especially for my bikini wax. I am disappointed today when I called for appointment and they told me that she got transferred in IBN Batuta branch. This is really unfair and frustrating as well.. Transferring staffs whenever you feel is not the right decision I believe. Hoping for your prompt reply .

The worst hair dresser ever. after reading the reviews and checking their website I was convinced that it is a professional hairdresser. But my result are the worst anyone can have.I went for hair colouring and a hair cut ( V shape at the end and to be trimmed up to my shoulders ) I end up with two colours light roots dark ends and to fix the problem they had to wash and die the hair 3 times my scalp is burning now, and my hair is trimmed too short ( above my shoulders) not what I asked for. With my hairdresser this job would take 2 to 2.5 hours, today I walked to this salon at 10:40 I left at 15:16. Waste of time wast of hair I look rubbish. Simply not professional hair dresser don’t go to it, it’s a scam.

The salon is one of the most spacious, pretty and clean salons Ive been too. The service is beyond excellent and the staff members are very quick and efficient in what they do. I loved the Dr. Renaud facial and gelish mani pedi. The facial technique was brilliant and blackhead extraction least painful.

Went excitedly to try their services around 2 weeks ago, but to my surprise the pedi-mani was less than ordinary although staff was friendly but the lady sitting at the reception had no idea of the offers running online plus they werent sure if the promotions were still running online or not.Pedicure was by far the most disliked one i have had in my entire life as not once but thrice the cuticles got cut mistakenly and bled by the lady as she kept apologising, wasnt her fault i suppose as the cutter was not suitable for clipping as per their information.Anyways wont be going back again.

The place is clean as well as the equipments. Good ambience as well. But the staffs dont know the prices of your services, you dont have the list of services or even the brochure. I did mani and pedi but my nails are not properly cut.. Even the skin sorrounding my nails was not removed properly. The staffs seems like not organized who will do your services. Hope you can properly train your staffs. There are a lot of salons in Rigga and your salon should be competitive enough. Very disappointed with the service.

Over 2years with my hair is under control by Mel every time how she did is Just PERFECT!Color, hightlight, cut all everything!Long, short, dark, blond doesnt matter.Just tell her what i want, even im not clear my self, result is wonderful!Today my hair also it just superb.Salon it self also clean, friendly, lovely, but Who can read customer mind very well that person made this salon more perfect.One of the best hair designer ever in dubai.
