We really liked the unique special touch of the videos and pictures that you provided and the report was lovely. Very professional yet not straight laced, lovely energy for the overall experience.Our puppy came back happy to see us, but seemed to really enjoy his stay at SPOT with all his puppy pals, I think it really helped him with interacting with the other dogs, this was his first time away from us and overall it seemed like a great experience.Thank you to all the staff and we will see you very soon.

The team at Spot consistently go above and beyond. They know every dogs name and personality and can match every owner to every dog!The communication channels are open and clear and nothing is too much trouble!The “spot effect” on my dog is so worth it when he sleeps all evening!! And I feel reassured in my choice every time I drop him off and he waggle walks his way through the door!

My senior pup loves this place! They work with a charity which is how I found my dog, and their rehoming program goes to show their love for animals!He gets the bus into SPOT! each day and the drivers are so caring and the staff are so accommodating!Highly recommend!

Spot Dubai is in our world one of the best places to bring your dog for excellent care. Everything is attention to detail for special requests. They match the dogs for the best social group. Very friendly staff. Always a good vibe dropping your dog there as customer or dog. They have good services for dropping your dog home and a service to the bark park. They have even groomed my dog and cut its nails. Our dog Suki loves going there. Cant say enough about it. They are also helping to network or recommend contacts for strays and do there very best to help.

SPOT is the only place i would trust with my dog! I think Jackson enjoys going to spot more than he enjoys being with us. The staff all know all of the dogs and owners by name. They give us updates with a daily report card and pictures. The team are very responsive via whatsapp for any questions or requests we have. They work so hard to make the days special by celebrating birthdays, Christmas, Halloween, valentines day etc. They also do special trips twice a week to Bark Park which Jackson LOVES! Would thoroughly recommend!

Cannot say enough good things about Spot!I brought my nervous foster pup in for an initial consultation, and I could barely get him in the door (he was that nervous). When I went to go pick him up, he didnt want to come home, hed had so much fun and thats how its been ever since!He absolutely loves it at Spot and he loves all the staff/caretakers (big shoutout to Bryony, Ching and Sasha - the loveliest ladies.) He even loves the male caretakers, and this is a big deal for a pup who is usually very anxious around men.The entire team at Spot are so helpful, kind and caring. They love all the pets like their own, and it shows - my foster pup is welcomed with such warm greetings and cuddles in the morning (and he usually reciprocates with some sloppy kisses, which the team sweetly accept!)The daily updates are wonderful, the facility is great, theyre also really flexible, and in terms of pricing theyre value for money!For me personally, it doesnt get any better than SPOT!

Our poodle Luna staycationed at Spot for 1 week and we were really happy with the service. Staff is kind and attentive and always sends updates, also at the end of each day we recieved a daily report with photos, videos and short summary of the day. Our baby was happy, thank you very much!

This is just the best place to send your dog for daycare. Our dog is so nervous and the SPOT crew have worked with us to bring him out of his shell. He’s like a different dog. They genuinely care about the dogs and want them (and you) to have a very happy experience. There is no other place for us.

We had our furbaby boarded at Spot for 3 nights for the first time. The staff are very accommodating. Their turnaround time in answering queries is quick. Updates and photos are being given on a daily basis which are very helpful especially for furparents who are anxious of being away from their furbabies. Plus, they give a 15% discount for rescue dogs. Highly recommended:)

These guys are amazing, my two furbabies love going there, they get so excited when we pull up.They come home tired but very very happy. Ive used them for day care and extended stays and the service is always excellent. I even occasionally add a bubble bath to the day care and they come home soft and smelling wonderful.

A refreshing new approach to Dog Daycare in Dubai. From the moment you step through the doors you and your pooch are made to feel at home. The reception is more like a living room with comfortable chairs and delicious treats for both you and your canine companion as well as a cup of coffee if that takes your fancy. You arent made to feel rushed and can stay as long as you like. Unlike some other facilities, I like that you are more than welcome to walk around the facility and see where your pup will spend their time both playing and sleeping. Similarly with the grooming, you are able to watch your furry friend taking their bath and blow dry! The staff are all exceptionally friendly and make you feel exceptionally welcome. The prices and offers arent half bad either! With three dogs we get 50% off the second and 20% off our rescue!!! AMAZING!!!!!! Oh, did I mention there are no price increases during peak seasons and you can pick up your pup in the middle of the night!!! Thanks SPOT! You rock.

A very good place to keep your pet while you are away. They have awesome daily reporting system and their management communication are excellent. They listen to your requirement and are very flexible for the customer needs.

My dog is quite old and hadnt been to daycare before so I was initially worried he wouldnt settle. The staff were amazing and he had such a fun time that its made me realise that hes been missing out for so long! Very impressed with the care and love for the animals. He now wags his tail and gets excited when we pull up to the premises!

I take my Maltese dog to Spot for day care every weekday and have left him for boarding on several occasions. The staff are absolutely incredible my dog is happy going there (except that he would like me to stay there with him too) they are very flexible with timings, which helps with my long hours.Everyone working there has dogs them selves and they understand what it is like to be a dog parent and therefore are experienced and caring with dogs staying there in a way that is above standards in most other places I visited. Fully recommend

I have a timid rescue dog who can be a bit anxious, but she loves her time at Spot! I feel so comfortable leaving her with them for the day or overnight; they are all very kind and look after the dogs as if they are there own. My dog has started to enjoy her time there so much I am thinking of bringing her once a week even when I am not going anywhere. Cannot recommend Spot! highly enough for any other dog owners.

Boarding my dog was previously out of the question. All it took were a few daycare appointments at SPOT to change my mind, and I have decided to board my dog for the first time, this month. The staff is warm but professional, efficient but relaxed, and immediately inspires confidence. The impression you get is that SPOT was set up to offer dog lovers a solution/ to fill a gap in the market, and not to make money. The best Dubai find of 2018!

I am so happy with Spot! because the main thing for me is not how fancy the facility is but rather how knowledgeable, certified and actually caring the staff and handlers are!It’s ultimately a kindergarten, and you wouldn’t put your kids in a daycare that is modern and fancy where the staff aren’t paying attention and are just on Facebook 80% of the time, but rather one with a reputation that the people genuinely love what they do and in this case, truly love dogs - and that’s why I’ve already recommended Spot! to a friend after Truffle’s 1at Visit Assessment.As well - I find the daily reports amazing!!! Our dog has been going to Spot for about 6 months now. He really likes the daycare staff here and always gets super excited for each visit.I often use their online booking system to schedule visits in advance but have also had a few last minute situations and they have kindly let me make the booking on those morning.The pick up / drop off service has been a life saver but have to book in advance to ensure your spot plus they have an in-house groomer if needed.I love that they offer winter trips to Bark Park and I get a tried doggy home after a busy day of playing.

I took my dog there today for first time. Awesome. Am so pleased. I was in contact 2 days with Bryony and she has been amazing, helping and advising me with honest advise. Took my golden retriever this morning at 07:30. Bryony was there. You could see how much she loves the dogs. So caring. She was lovely. Made sure my dog had her lunch. Just picked her up and Bryony was there. My dog obviously had a great time.Honestly have to say Bryony was amazing.A big thank you to Bryony and Spot

We love SPOT! Handlers are great, the daily reports we get with pictures and videos of our dog give us peace of mind and he comes home happy and tired! So it’s great for us. Prices are fair compared to all the other boarding/daycares we’ve taken him to in Dubai so we hope SPOT continues to grow and our dog keeps making new friends there.

We were moving back from UAE to Australia. And decided to leave our baby fur at SPOTs care. They are fantastic. We are already in Australia waiting for our pet to come home, so we miss him dearly. I received daily photos and also a description of what was his day at the nursery. He was not kept in a jail, he was free. And it makes a huge difference. I can only thank you for all the love you have him while we could not.😍🤗

Deciding to send my little one to boarding school was a tough decision for me - and I was sick in the stomach thinking about it !I decided to call and get some information and was advised to bring my little one for assessment - to spend the day at SPOT! and see how I felt about it - and I loved the idea ! And, it was free of charge :)I dropped him off and 7 hours later I picked him up only to hear good and constructive feedback from the staff.The staff are very attentive and caring - also giving me tips and exercises to do with my little one at home and I just felt like it was a safe environment for Scooby.During my leave, I was receiving a daily report everyday (except Fridays) and pictures/videos which was very reassuring - I highly recommend SPOT!In addition, I really appreciate the fact that their prices are fair - and dont spike up when its high season I look forward to Scooby staying with you over Christmas ! Great place, really nice people who clearly love dogs

This place is absolutely amazing. They truly treated our dog like he was family. It’s a completely different approach to doggie day care and boarding. What’s amazing is that they kept me updated everyday about Max’s activities and health by sending daily report cards, which included videos, photos, and health reports. Max, my golden retriever, had an amazing time. He was socialized with many dogs and made a ton of new friends. When he got sick, they immediately let me know and took him to the vet and got him sorted immediately. This is definitely the best doggie day care and boarding spot in Dubai. Given our boarding experience, we have enrolled Max in daycare at SPOT! I would highly recommend SPOT! because they are truly unparalleled in Dubai.
