We are COMPLETELY dissatisfied and ignored by ALL UAE Exchange branches. We know there is a pandemic but we as a business made a transfer to the UK in Feb before the lockdown and closing of business operations. Until now our client has not received a penny and the money has disappeared with no trace. I have been trying to contact and get proper feedback in writing for months. The last thing we got is a phone call to say they would need another week to even check the system which I think is ridiculous if everything is in the system. We want to claim our transfer back as this is effecting our business and ties with our suppliers in the UK, NOT TO MENTION we are a registered silver client of yours since 2015!
When you will have the transaction for go cash card ? I go in this brach 4 times it’s 10 minutes walk for my place and we are only allowed to have 1 hour if we will have any money transactions, if no we only have 30 minutes to go out. 30 minutes for going out every day, it’s a waste of time going to have transaction for go cash!
