Too slow and not good Services

They are so confused. First they told me to put name as passport (second name as first) and then another person told me to go back and put the name as original.They should first check their policy what they actually want. Its so bad when you go for your money collection and you have to come back disappointed each time.

Very fast service and very pleasant customer service specially Josa Mae suit who didnt take more than 5 minutes to made the transaction and gave me the receipt.

Really good se vice line ups are a bit long at times avoid end of the month

I apply Remittance statement on 22-feb-2017 deira city center dubai and they charge me 50 dirhams.And the lady was told me it will take one week.I say ok.And then i go UAE exchange and i was surprised cuz statement is free and same time.
