Many times, the salary is delayed even if the employer deposit the cash on time or even advance. Dont know why they always delayed the process of the employees salary. They need that and the employer know that, that is why he always deposit the salary early.We are always and very considerate but this time, we are losing our patience.😤😤😤😤

Poor service in international city branch...screaming on customers....even they are dont know how to deal with people...system down...you want your turn then they tell u go to another counter....need to be trained and how greet customers..last time and never recommended..

Very bad management service. They are thinking that they are playing a football match. Even they are not allow to enter when there is a time for closing. Very disappointed. And the staff itself suggests to you to go to UAE exchange.

Very irresponsible. i applied a NRI account with them. cash also paid. not received or not activated that bank account till now. i called them (dhafra) , they told, they stopped service and no more responsible for anything. i have to call the bank (india) myself. i often sent money to india from Al dhafra. i wont go there anymore.
