WORST UAE EXCHANGE EVER. MADE CUSTOMER TO WAIT JUST FOR THE BILL PAYMENT SERVICE WITHOUT EVEN INFORMING CUSTOMER WHY AND THEN ENDING UP NOT BEEN ABLE TO DO SO. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. BASIC . CANT BLAME IF YOULL END UP RANTING.

Call center said this branch is opetational but when arrived I was informed that branch is open but not operational.

The network is never available the system is always down 😡 and youll have to wait in the lines for long periods only to be told that the system is down

Its locations first of all, its an area where are labour camps all aorund and they can reach here very easilyAnd it has a Rakbank ATM too which is one of the leading banks.

Service is excellent, but managing a lakhs of people is with 2 exchanges is disappointment to the customersDay by day the crowd in DIP 2 are increasing a lot, if we want to send the money its very difficult. Its too busy especially in evening times. There will be a big queue outside the uae exchange.If possible just provide atleast one more centre in DIP 2. It will be easier to you and for customer service
