Done the transfer to my NRI account from Dubai on last week ,its been 6 days money is not credited to the account. And no response from the exchange. Feels like they are using clients money to run their company. Please dont trust the UAE exchange any more .
Not answering the phone call. Took 6 minutes to wait and the call was not answered. This is not the UAE exchange experience for me in my 10 years of transaction relationship.!!!!
Worst service. I sent money on 6th Feb 2020 and till now the amount is not credited and today is 10th. It was on Thursday I sent money and they committed that the amount will get get credited on Saturday. Worst thing is that they dont know the word sorry.

Very irresponsible service. Took more than 5 days to get my money credited. They dont have atoll free customer care and a minimal number of call centre staff. you would have to spend at least 50 aed to get your call connected to a customer service executive. So pathetic
