Very worse service ever they serve today morning they made lot of mess 14 years Im sending money to my country never happened the problem to send money to my family today very very bad experience I had they change the name of my daughter in my file must be more trained the staff How could you keep the staff like that very poor service

Worst customer serviceWas standing there for half an hour no customers but staff is talking on the phonesWas told to wait didn’t process the transaction so had to leave without getting money....Don’t go there its just waste of time..

Went there today to send money for emergency and also im running late for my 845am work but there is a kabayan lady who is busy on the telephone whos I think assisting a client and she doesnt care that there is also a client waiting infront of her, so as a kabayan im kindly waiting for her to inform me just to wait patiently after she attend her on going call but it seems like she didnt saw me hahaha so i left the exchange. Thank you ate for your service! never again going there to have their service! thank you for your GOOD morning service very approachable and accomodating!!
