I visited this branch last Friday at around 9 pm and there was a total of 4 customer agents were serving at that moment.Well I saw one counter empty and directly went there, where an extremely unpleasant customer agent named “Jhencell” welcomed me with a sarcastic style and made me believe that I AM BLIND because I didnt notice that no one is standing on that counter which means “COUNTER IS CLOSED”I told her that if counter is closed why you didnt put the COUNTER CLOSED sign there upon which she didn’t bother and showed the other two lines and asked me to go there.This is extremely unprofessional way of welcoming to their business spot and it literally made me mad but I didnt say a word and moved to the other line.I want to address UAE EXCHANGE here that you have a very good and big company and dealing with money all day I hope you can spend some money to buy COUNTER CLOSED/OPEN signs and train your agents specially JHENCELL how to use them and how to behave with general customers 😊I hope someone I made my point very clear here.Peace!

After waiting long in the queue, they told me its the wrong queue i am standing in and one warning notice on the counter could have done the job .....and in the other queue right in the middle of serving there system went down ....total time wasted

Very bad , bcoz they executive promise me Monday u will get money . After that callto the customer care I will get bad response from there also.
