Very bad customer service. Forces people rudely to take it or leave it. The rates are not good here either. Check a few money changers before your make your move. Made my mistake once here, and learnt from it.

I understand that they provide a must greater service than I asked for. But if the local money exchange is not offering the support to break a local currency in to parts, no wonder other nearby shops are chasing you away. I asked for to split my AED100 in to two 50s or five 20s or what ever way they can. But they just gave a reply that they do not have. Really? If that was serious, you should really look into your services. You are not doing well.

I made Transaction in Burjuman al Ghurair Exchange today evening , unfortunately i am not aware about the slight tear in the small note they return same time ask new note. The same note was accepted in small shop with knowledge . Worst customer service. At least they should ask with good manner .

Must improve customer services in BurJuman branch. I felt very bed with them wile making conversation she was very rude and angry for petty things like not accepting slight damage currency which is acceptable in UAE.
