Worst ever service in UAE. Un professional. They don’t know how to deal with the customer.

Good Service as compare to Other Exchange but Rates mostly in This branch given high. As per their Employee , because there is no competition in this area thats why rate is high, which doesnt make sense.

Completely unprofessional. They neglect the cheques submission by days and if converting in other currencies they will not transfer the money due to their own delays within the exchange house.Definitely not a trust worthy place to take your money to...When speaking with them, one staff revealed they have Covid19 cases. Do take all precautions if you wanna head over there.

Horrible people rude!! And cheaters!!! I didnt receive my money when the problem is with you. I received a call saying the money is there and when i went to collect no one gave me my money and they said it is not showing!

Good service

Rates are good. But shop service is not good. Came second time during this month and air conditioning arrangment is very bad. For customers non performing ac let them swet and for employees inside ac is working properly. Its crowed also. Management needs to fix especially ac issue.

5 Star to Customer Representative named Dustin for resolving my issue which I had encounter recently. Well-knowledgeable on his job and very professional.Please prior the attention of the Indian Lady & Islam (Customer Service) to take a refresher training of their job. It seems they have no idea on their job because they dont know the process of the reported issues.Please ensure corrective actions to Mr. Islam as he was very impatient in answering the calls and he was even shouting at the customer over the phone. He is very unprofessional. His attitude is not acceptable. Please do proper measure.

Suggests to do WU online at the counter and error occurs online, when called in the call center they say its normal and you cannot do it online.Waste of time.
