Worst service, high rateAfter seeing Visa stamp on Passport they are asking for printout of Visa. Dont accept Visa copy on Phone.Everyone is making their own rules. I asked to show policy in written then they denied to show. One of the employees said you are Indian (does it mean if employee is from Pakistan he will deny service)Just 100 meter ahead, he saw my passport and exchanged in few minutes, same was done at Airport and at Dubai mall also at Emirates mall
