Closing time 11.30pm. Visited at 10.30. Staff said, because of the system updates they wont be able to serve any customers. Still in front of me he served others. I said him its little urgent and showed him my membership card also. Still he denied to do the transactions.So this will be my last visit as I thrown my membership card in front him.If your staff is so arrogant then I dont need any service from you. There is many more exchanges are available in dubai.

One of the waste exchange in uae staff behavior their very pathetic. They dont want labour money .they want only big transactions peoples struggle out side on big queue after getting inside staffs r behaving how to avoid people sending money why like this.

Helpfull and they assist the customers.
