Very bad service. Waited for 40 minutes for nothing. Staff don’t have any standarts for docs. Wanted to send $15k to UK. Alvin started to process. After some time asked for withdrawal slip. Presented the photo. Then asked for license. Presented the photos. He spoke to his manager and asked for auth. letter from the owner. I told him I’ll send the copy later. Spoke to the manager too on the phone. He told ok. Later they told they’d need original docs. Why not telling what you need before processing without wasting my time. Wasted 40 minutes of my time and other people waiting there.Don’t recommend to anyone. The manager is not pro at all. There are some other exchange houses in DCC. Please, visit other ones, but not this one.
